This hotel is outstandingly good. Everything is so well maintained and clean and everywhere you go it smells nice. The hotel is basically in the middle of the jungle, it needs a lot of work to control the plants, insects and humidity. They manage it so well that you have the authentic atmosphere of the balinese jungle while at the same time being in the cleanest luxury environment. Also they go a lot into detail with everything, like remembering at the breakfast that you took Manggis fruits the day before from the buffet. Those fruits are a bit of work to open, so in the next morning they remember and put already peeled Manggis fruits on the table without asking. And you don't find anything off the shelf there. The products they use in food and other things are mostly local. Even the ceramics they use as tableware or the soap and other cosmetic products in the room are artisan made by balinese handcraft businesses, customized for Mandapa. Also the Spa is outstanding or the activities they offer - we stayed for 3 nights and never left the hotel area, because there is s much to explore and enjoy inside. What was also nice, was that our assistant was available all the time via Whatsapp. Our assistant Tapsir did a really great job and was very professional!

everything. what a treat. the staff are exceptional. your personal buttler is exceptional. takes care of everything with ease and joy. we did not do tours, so i do not know how they are around organizing that. but other than that. everything was perfect. one of the best hotel experiences ive had ( and i have a lot around the world). we stayed in pool villa in front of river.

The check in process is within the villa, the stuff goes above and beyond to make guests happy, the breakfast was exceptional, a true 5 star hotel, every penny paid was way worth it, dreaming about going back in the near future, the room is spotless, the service was amazing, the room views amazing, the spa was so nice, the location of the hotel is literally so perfect, can’t find words to describe how amazing our stay was within the resort, everything was planned out perfectly, including tours, airport drop off/pick up, dinner reservations, making exceptions because of children traveling with us, thank you mandapa for the best memories

This property is stunning and the service is top tier. We stayed in beautiful rooms and our butler was able to accommodate all of our requests. The spa treatments were fabulous and we participated in a few of the scheduled activities. A wonderfully relaxing and informative trip to Ubud.

As soon as you arrived the experience begins from the greetings, environment, views to the exceptional attentive staff. Natural cultural surround is breathtaking! The room was something else luxury and design layout open plan and sophisticated. You get that feel good feeling straight away. The way staff treat you and great you was impressive. There are staff for staff and it’s like they know what you’re thinking before you do. If you want to switch off, relax in stunning surrounds this is the place.

The amount of mosquitos and flies, at meal times we were bitten a lot even though we had repellent on.

Real luxury experience, exceptional service, sometimes you have the feeling they read your wishes from your mind, special thanks to Marka, who took care of us and organized everything we needed, ricefield on the property and river flowing through, feels like heaven on earth.

Our stay was fabulous, we travelled with kids and the staff went out of the way to make it absolute magical. Kids had so much fun in the kids club with their friendly staff, every single staff member was a gem and made sure we are comfortable. The lovely Dui offered us late check out to make sure we have adequate time to shower and change after the afternoon rafting. We were genuinely sad to leave and can't wait to go back. Sherleen our Butler was brilliant. She even got medication for our kid who got sick. She booked all our excursions on timely manner and was super supportive and professional.

Nothing everything was great. Kubu was a extremely popular restaurant and you will need to book your dinner there as soon as you arrive. The river rafting experience is a must. Also as it is 500 hundreds steps down to get to the rafting area, Mandpa guests can just get dropped at the hotel greater by a butler with tiowels and snuggly to their suite/Villa and don’t need to hike back up to get to their property. Which after and 1 and half of rafting by us a nice welcome.
