This place is a hidden gem in uluwatu. The room is very clean and bed is so comfortable. I like the fact that there is a basin outside the toilet. Can do make up and everything without entering the toilet. We stayed here for two nights. You can get a good breakfast for 75k per person. My favourite was the waffles with fruits. We took a deluxe twin pool view room and requested them for a double bed and they made it happen without any hesitation. Also the staff here are very kind and they also help you if u need any assistance with your itinerary and recommend places to go. Only wish I stayed here for a few more days!

Large, clean, very helpful staff and good breakfast. Our villa was roadside (side road) so some traffic noise but we got used to it. Jimbaran beach is only 10-20 mins by taxi and serves the best seafood at cheap prices.

There is a large building construction opposite, which looks directly over the villa and ground floor room. Some simple bamboo fence etc would help with privacy. We had workers constantly looking over. This affects only the first villa. The area is very rural, whilst lots of stores on the main road, it’s not very walkable especially if you have a kids buggy as there’s no proper footpaths. Otherwise everything is nearby.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. Always was willing to help us with our needs. Reception is 24 hours and there is a security guard. Room was spacious and cleaned every day. They offered massages for reasonable price and have a dedicated spa room.

You have to select your breakfast the day before and there’s limited options to choose from. No juice available. No room service for lunch or dinner. There were lots of ants on bathroom sink. Our room was next to cleaners room so heard quite a bit of noise and trolley was constantly outside our room. We weren’t aware of the construction happening next door until we arrived, it’s noisy during the day. It will wake you up.

- beautifully designed villa with comfy lounge spots to unwind - nice, big shower with good water pressure - strategically located on the Bukit, close to nice cafes and restaurants as well as a few amazing warungs - amazingly friendly reception staff, we felt very welcome and safe - rooftop terrace to watch sunrises and sunsets - huge safe that can fit a big laptop

unfortunately, it didn't seem worth the price because - dishes in the kitches were dirty (cups stained) - no water dispenser, but plastic bottles - the upper floor bedroom can't be darkened fully as the bathroom (window without curtains) and the bedroom are connected by a glass wall. it would be good to have another curtain to darken the glass wall to shut out the bathroom light - very noisy dogs and other sounds at night in the upper bedroom (probably less in the ground floor bedroom) - ground floor bedroom doors could be locked but simply slid to the sides and opened that way. there should be door stoppers to prevent that from happening - would stay in a regular room next time, as they are located in the back of the property where it seemed more quiet

The concierge staff were wonderful! We were greeted by Indy and she was so helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast options were quite decent. We loved the Nasi Kuning that was served for brekky! We made use of the spa service up on the top floor and quite decent pricing too when compared to other hotels. The pool is quite decent too. The hotel is located close to shops which are within walking distance. I needed to find a pharmacy in the night and there was one available 5 minutes from the hotel. We would love to come back to Khaiyyara. Can't fault much about the rooms - there was decent space.

Great hotel with very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated room. The balcony overlooking the pool was extra nice. The pool was clean and a really nice temperature to swim in (not too hot or cold). All the staff were warm and helpful.

The only negative about the hotel was the noise - the rooms have thin walls so you can hear everything from your neighbours if you have a connecting room. Could also hear people walking/moving chairs etc above me so that impacted my quality of sleep there.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay

Chill hotel that is very clean and housekeepers do a great job daily. Staff are very friendly and accommodated every little need we had. Pool is nice and clean. It is quite chill and rarely has many people in it Genuinely amazing value for money. Close to some great cafes too.

Pool is shaded for most of the day but still nice to chill there. Rooftop is wasted, it would be great to have a bar up there!

This is a lovely hotel with great helpful staff. We booked a room with breakfast and the breakfast was lovely, it is a limited menu though. Pool facilities were clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and clean.

It would be ideal to have a clothing rail with hangers to hang clothes rather than just hooks. It is out of the main area of Uluwatu which is fine if happy to hire a ped like us or book a grab but just something to be mindful of when booking.

Good location out to shopping street yet minimal road noise. Great facilities - rooms, pool, and breakfast area. Great range of options for breakfast and good food.

Towels weren’t replaced every day even when left on floor for collection, some days was collected and changed but not others. How to remove power card whenever leaving the room so was unable to leave AC on. Meant that room was not cold when we returned from being in the heat. This was only a minor issue.
