Our recent hotel stay was an absolute treat, and we're still thinking about it. The whole experience was so relaxing from the moment we walked through the doors. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and the presentation was spot-on, making the dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with everything you could imagine. We loved how clean everything was, it made the whole experience enjoyable. Honestly, can't wait to go back for another visit and make some more great memories.

I came here by car with my family and we had one toddler. The location was strategic, easy to reach various main landmarks of the city. The property was very clean and the architecture of the property was pretty. the staff was kind and helpful. When we reported the problem with air conditioning, they sent immediately a specialized staff to solve the problem. We liked very much the facilities such as the gym, the swimming pool and the kids room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of options from sweet to savory, from western to traditional Javanese cuisine. Moreover, since we came during the holiday time, they had some entertainment for children, such as clowns and games and some animals on display.

The property has a kind of mini park that is regularly for rent for events such as wedding. I found this park however a little bit abandoned and not well maintained with a pile of woods in some corners, reducing the tidiness of the place. Some of the gym equipment were not functioning.

I chose the hotel mainly for the location and I was very happy with the facility in general. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The value was very good as well.

I would not call it dirty but more well worn. It's fairly well maintained but in a few spots you can see paint peeling off the wall or cobwebs that haven't been cleaned in a long time. The AC struggles to keep the humidity down much less cool the place.

Love the old world charm, like being in a bygone era. Great pool for laps in the morning and friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast catering for locals and international tourists. Handy location and great Indian restaurant next door.

Only a copy of minor things. Air conditioning was a bit noisy and sometimes screaming kids in the pool at 6 am, maybe make it a kids free zone until 8 am, but it was a long weekend and it is nice to see families having fun.

The staff and the service are perfect, the building is a little bit older but very traditional and beautiful. The pool is clean and the water is cool even in the middle of the day. The location is close to lots of restaurant and shops, you can take a short ride to big shopping malls.

The building doesn't have any elevator but the staffs will help you with your luggage, so no worries. The cafe beside the pool is smokers friendly but the smell of smoke get into the building and the pool area.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if there is problem. The breakfast was fabulous with broad menu selection. I love the classic Javanese ornament in the lobby and the serene ambiance.

One jar drinking water is too little for two person. May be you can put the drinking water dispenser in the hall way as compliment to the guests. There was no lift but a very elegance staircase. It can be a challenge for those with knee problem though.

Beautiful pool, great shower, great choice in breakfast options and good dinner.

If I have to nitpick: there is no elevator so that can pose a problem for some. There didn’t seem to be more than one floor though. Also, if you are at the far end of a wing it is a bit of a walk to get to your room. Lastly, the noise from the open kitchen could be quite loud, and I wasn’t very fond of the gamelan muzak every morning at breakfast.
