Its location is near to 2 universities. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Two convenient stores are just around the corner. A standard business hotel which has a good value for money.

The bathroom setting is standard, but the sink is a little clogged. It is hard to keep the bathroom floor dry with the half-open shower setting. The window blind inside the shower section is a little moldy. The picture of the hotel outlook is a little romantically unrealistic after being photoshopped, but it doesn't matter.

Very neat and clean hotel, it earns 4 stars. I've traveled a lot in Asia, so I can compare with other hotels. Large hotel with 7 floors and rooftop. Special bathroom with glass walls. The rooftop for breakfast and dining is lovely and spacious. Continental rice with meat/bami breakfast, also western toast. Only toasts, fruits and cornflakes are suitable for vegetarians, but it's fine.

Aircondition is small and has less capacity or it must be serviced. Please provide a lock at the bathroom door, it feels uncomfortable when you are with a family.

Centrally located with many eating places around. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The drainage was blocked and it was fixed immediately. Bed is comfy.

The wifi connection is weak and sometimes lost. The towel needs to be changed to new ones I think.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Nothing too fancy, great option if you’re looking for a proper room to stay in when in Jogja for a fair price.

Some bed sheets had some stains on them, would be good if these are replaced.

Bath mats and towels were old but it is a small improvement to be considered. Water bottles were limited to two per day, but alternative refilling option was available at the lobby area.

They have a nice rooftop, but unfortunately, they allowed the smokers inside while they have an outdoor space for smokers. They even put the signage it's smoking area inside and it's a closed area. That is the only complain I have.

Close to legendary street food like Gudek Bu Tekluk. It is said that there’s a very old lady selling “Gudeg Porridge” for breakfast every morning (5 am) too within walking distance to the hotel.

it’s a bit far from the nearest TransJogja bus station

clean, simple, near with mini-market and can walk to find street food, good value as Hotel

I think breakfast can be more variants & fresh
