Spacious room, comfortable king size bed, reasonably sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. Beautifully clean linen and thick towels.

The hotel is in an narrow alley across a mosque with their loudspeakers in our bedroom, waking everyone up at 4 am. Those people have obviously never heard of noise pollution. But why would they think that a mosque in a bedroom would be any Westerner's dream vacation? The presence of the mosque is not indicated on their site. Also, we had to insist to get the room we had booked. Despite the confirmation we were given the cheapest room (no windows) while our booking clearly showed windows. After showing our confirmation we got a room with windows. Seems to be how Red Doorz operate: 2 bookings with them, 2 attempts to give us a cheaper room at a more expensive rate. Ants running around the room and in the bed. Sink half hanging off the wall so the water fall from the pipe on your feet. How on earth do these people take care of their shaving and grooming without a mirror in the bathroom? Are we supposed to shave in the bedroom in front of the closet's mirror??? Just 1 socket half way up a wall to charge our phones (sticking half way off the wall) with a 3 plugs socket. All our phones, tablets and anything else to be charged hanging along the wall. It seems that Red Doorz vision is to make things as unhandy as possible and have people pay for the discomfort.
