The breakfast buffet was the best things bc it was lots of choices from the continental bfast and the Indonesians bfast was very good

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs a deep clean from the water marks and limescale of the showers and the moulds of the tiles and the windows was needing cleaning too other than that it was ok

The food was amazing! And the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were also decent. My parents were happy staying at Satoria

Maybe the parking space. There should be difference between hotel guest space and the bar/resto guest. Once we were go out at night and when we came back we got no parking space, as we're stayed at the hotel and not bar/resto visitor. Hopefully in the future there's some improvements.

The rooftop pool and bar was great, fantastic views, clean pool and gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for eggs benedict at the breakfast buffet and the chef was more than happy to make it for us. Very yummy and impressive how the chef was willing to show the staff and hotel genuinely care about the guests. We will definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Staff was most friendly we ever met. Big smiles and very helpfull. Also most of them spoke excellent english. Room was great. Big enoughnfor extra matras. Larga bathroom. Also the roofrop swimming pool was very nice.

Some tiles in the swimming pool were loose and sharp. Only downside we cpuld think off.

The hotel is near the old airport on the main road to Solo, Klaten. The room we had was big, the bathroom is very spacious. The rooftop swimming pool is ok for cooling down. The parking place outside and in basement is good. The breakfast is complete with a lot of choices. The hotel is priced very competitive and has a great price quality balance.

The hotel has a great view on the Merapi only there’s no place to see it. A pity that the rooftop bar has no good view on it. It would be great for tourist to have it.

It was family friendly, clean, had a great breakfast, & the staff were extremely helpful & friendly

Location wasn’t very good for taking a walk ; generally you can only get places by car from here

The staff was awesome. Always smiling and polite. Interaction with me and the other 15 guest with curiosity and interest. Enjoyed this hotel.

Air conditioner needs to be able to turn down more.

Atmosphere, clean and the the room with soundproof

I just don't like when some other guest running around in the room and make so much noise from their feets. And this happen in the night time awhile we rest and watching tv.

Room is spacious, we got king bed + sofa bed which is very helpful for us family. Didn't have chance to get breakfast, probably another time 🙂

Parking is a bit narrow, but still manageable. Mineral water is not refilled in gym.

The location is great, easy to find a taxi and not over crowded compared to staying too close to the city center.

The fitness center is too old and needs to be updated
