It was very clean and quiet . A beautiful view. The breakfast and staff were excellent. We would definitely like to stay again. Free Parking was available and the bar downstairs was cozy and inviting. The reception area on arrival and the check in were professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you

That the property is probably booked out fast we were lucky this time 😉 The fan in the bathroom wasn't working but no big deal. There wasn't really anything not to like .

Loved the bar staff and it was awesome to have a band playing on Friday night!!! The owner was super kind and it is amazing that it has been owned by 4 generations

The bed was not the best. The breakfast was meh. Asked for poached eggs and only got eggs and toast. Would have preferred given the option of white or brown bread. Also had to ask for hashbrowns and bacon/sausage. Originally the plate came with only eggs and a tomato.

Great location, wonderful drive through Connor's pass to the beautiful village of Cloghane. If you want a really unique getaway with family and Friends, we really reccomend O'Connors Guesthouse. Make sure you bring some dinner along with you if you are staying over cause the nearest hot food would be all the way back to Dingle (about an hour drive when it is dark). We were lucky that the Murphy's Pub by the strand had some hot food left and they were kind enough to let us buy that (it was only 7:30 and kitches would close early, it was a sunday). But otherwise, great rooms, great ambiance, great pub. We really enjoyed the stay!

Great location, AMAZING staff. The pub was fun and everyone we came across was so friendly. Love the ambiance. Exactly what I want from this kind of establishment and even my kids were enamored. Hope to go back one day.

The shower was duct taped so we were a little hesitant about using it but who cares. There was cold beer in the pub and a cozy bed to sleep in.

The convenience of proximity to the pub/restaurant, the views from all windows, the house was incredibly clean, and in an idyllic location. Any issues were sorted as soon as management was informed, they really looked after us very well. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing. One of our party was vegan, and they had vegan options on the menu which were the vegan curry and a vegan pizza, both were tried and both were finished. The food is delicious, the pint of Guinness is amazing and the atmosphere is unparalleled! Planning on booking this again for twice the length of time for next summer. It is ideal as it is close to castlegregory, Brandon pier, tralee, Dingle, and a huge host of mountain walks and beaches to spend your days on. Weather wasn't great but we made do, it is a very comfortable place to stay, to relax and unwind, and to place yourself in for a week. Would have stayed 2 weeks if we could have!!

Due to the lughnasa festival, there was a disco on Sunday night, so we didn't get to sleep until after 1am, which is fine for myself and my parents, but for my 8 year old daughter it was a bit too noisy. We weren't even in the marquee the disco was on in, in the field behind the houses, and it was just a little too loud for us.

Great location in the village with a great view of the mountains and sea. Just along the road from their bar and restaurant with its good food, music and Guinness! Very spacious & clean house with decent facilities.

Velux blind in main bedroom is broken and clearly has been for a while so it couldn’t be shut. Needs replacing.

We arrived about 5 minutes after the kitchen closed, but they graciously offered to make us some pizzas, which was great. The food was excellent (both breakfast and dinner) and the view in the dining room was amazing. We also had a corner room and were able to open the windows to get a nice cross breeze to cool off the room. There was also plenty of parking available for our rental car and the people who own and work at the hotel were fantastic. One of my daughters wasn't feeling well and one of the lovely gals working in the kitchen offered to take tea and pancakes up to her room. The owner was also just wonderful.

Really thin, uncomfortable, pillows. Our room was also supposed to be a "room with a view", but it faced the street instead of the beautiful water on the other side.

The room was super cosy, super comfortable, and super warm! We felt at home in this accommodation. Having hiked Mount Brandon earlier in the day, it was nice to have a good room to go back to. The establishment itself had live entertainment on the night we stayed which we thoroughly enjoyed. The accommodation is in a beautiful location with lovely views as well. Staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend.

The views were incredible!! Right on the water, and a historic hotel. The staff was amazing and very accommodating for our group. We unfortunately didn’t think to reserve a table for our group of 10 for dinner on a Saturday night, the staff didn’t skip a beat and fit us in, very creatively, for a wonderful dinner! The food and service were great, and very welcoming. We wish we could have stayed longer with our family!

Our shower was a smidge small, but well worth it for the views and service! Our other family members had a larger shower, so just ask in advance

Nestled in a historical building, O'Connor Guesthouse exudes charm and character. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds offer a peaceful haven, while the lively pub downstairs adds an exciting touch to the atmosphere.

The pub is open until late, but food service ends at 8pm. After a long day of travel, it was a bit discomforting to know that the nearest food option was a 20-minute drive away.
