Situated at the heart of the old city this little family establishment is ideal for excursions all around. It's a short waking distance from pretty much everything. The Hostess and here doughter are very kind and attentive. You get treated for drinks and snacks in the room which really helps you ease in to the experience. The breakfast is great. Served in a room furnished with the same lovely Egyptian chairs and tables from the rooms.

closest parking lot is about 5 minutes walking distance inside the old city streets so don't bring too much luggage to carry around. If you plan on taking a late night bath be sure to notify the hostess so she makes there's enough hot water. Also, the nearby mosque morning prayer song will most likely wake you up at 5. Be ready for that - at least he sings very well.

Anwar is a wonderful hostess. She was always available. The rooms were very clean, with a well equipped shower and good air conditioning. Breakfast was rich and we had it on the top floor which offers some views of l the gulf. The house itself is located at the heart of the old city. A 3 minute walk from the market. It is furnished with Syrian furniture which makes it very authentic.

It's not a con, but rather a recommendation: the old city's lanes are not made for car travel and parking is not allowed. You should park at a public lot outside the old city, and walk for 5 minutes to the house. Contact the hostess if you need assistance with accessibility.

Inside the old city, this is small gem. Totally renewed building, very comfortable rooms with all the amenities, an elevator and a superb view from the breakfast room in the top floor. The breakfast was fantastic. Very nice and helpful staff. The parking indicated was free and close enough.

It is not easy to reach the location and there are no signs indicating the place. Even following the google maps location provided we were a bit lost in the old city streets, but we messaged the contact provided and they came to meet us.

We spent our five nights in the most comfortable room at third floor (elevator) with a whirlpool. The Arab service personal was very friendly and helpful by recommending sightseeing possibilities too. The breakfast was very good, special demands were fulfilled.

Anwar is an exceptional host and her hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a hidden gem. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the views from the rooms and breakfast area were amazing. The breakfast she had prepared was out of this world. The presentation was 10/10 and the views that went with it make it truly remarkable. She had everything nicely prepared for us and then cooked us eggs to our liking when we arrived. She is extremely helpful in figuring out the city and helping with anything you need. To top it off, the hotel is in an excellent location. Everything, including all the historic sites, was within a short walking distance. Don’t second guess, just book! Highly recommend!!!

Parking is quite far and therefore you need to take this into account So close to the mosque, do not be surprised to be awake at 5

The hostess was wonderful. The room was very nice. The breakfasts were wonderful. If you’re looking for an Old City Acre experience, this hotel is in the middle of it!

The parking was far away, the narrow streets were hard to navigate, the hotel was hard to find.

Breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated. Service was great.

Since it is located in side of old city and narrow roads and no parking , we had to park outside the old city. But it was only a few minutes walk

It was a great place to stay in the middle of the old city. The owner was awaiting us in front of the hotel, the checkin was fast and uncomplicated. The rooms are really well equipped and clean, good beds. We enjoyed the great breakfast with the view over the city. I recommend an early morning walk around the old city An unforgettable experience in Akko. . Thank you very much!

The rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked well.

The main problem we had was the location, which made bringing our rental car close to the hotel difficult and it was very difficult to find parking nearby. For someone coming in by taxi this would not have been a problem.
