Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city of Akko. The decor has honoured its history to every minute detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was an individualised feast sat at a table fit for royalty. Enjoyed the terrace and roof terrace and had one of our best dinners yet at the associated Uri Buri restaurant. We will definitely be back - thank you Efendi Hotel.

It was an outstanding hotel. Very good location. The architecture and decor was even better than the photographs. The breakfast was superb, beautifully served in a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful A thoughtful touch was the provision of earplugs.

We liked all of it. A recommendation would be to change the bed cover for a double king size.

This is an exceptionally lovely hotel. The rooms are very spacious with large beds and bathrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful particularly ensuring that we had everything we needed during the closures for Jewish High Holy Days. The breakfast was the best we had during our holiday . They were able to provide a cot and high chair and the hotel had a lift to our room. Conveniently located for parking as well as access to the beach and key attractions within old Akko.

Gorgeous property with very caring staff; amazing breakfasts.

The air conditioning in our room stopped working several times throughout the nights we stayed there and the room became very hot. It seems this is a chronic challenge for the hotel.

The old city (where the hotel is) is super dirty, tons of horses and electrical bikes that threaten to run you over every few minutes.

The car access and the immediate proximity of the mosque, implying an early awakening... and the bed sheet, which would need to be doubled to cover the bed.

Warm welcome, the staff is very professional and friendly. Beautifully restored ottoman palace, stylishly furnished, and offering impressive views of the old city. Akka is full of history and has a very authentic feel to it that was reflected in the hotel’s sophisticated Palestinian aesthetic. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had in Israel and the breakfast team was very attentive to the slightest detail. We can’t wait to be back.

The hotel is a unique, boutique hotel in the Old City of Akko that I have had my eyes on for years. It was as exceptional as I remembered and we loved it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was great!

There's a mosque right next to the hotel that broadcasts call to prayers multiple times a day and in the night via loudspeaker. There were actually earplugs next to our beds... It was annoying at times, but not enough to deter us from staying there in the future.

The breakfast was excellent and in such a beautiful room. The tour of the facility was so interesting, and our guide/receptionist (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was so very helpful, accommodating and kind.
