The room was lovely and big, and the large bathroom was clean and bright. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the pool. We had dinner at night in the dining hall and it was good and plentiful. The non-dairy desserts were exceptionally delicious.

There was a constant noise from the pool area from electronic music in the afternoon which meant closing the windows in order to enjoy quiet in the room. Also the cost for one night was ridiculously high, especially since it's winter and the pool is not in use. I felt that the experience didn't justify the price.

We chose this location to explore northern Israel. It worked out perfectly. We had dinners and lunches at the bar and the restaurant, both were very good and the breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious. Our balcony was outstanding, large and a beautiful view. The staff especially at the bar were very friendly, helpful, and fun.

I really can't think of anything major. A minor point is that it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station earlier than the breakfast start to grab a "to go" coffee. I like to go for a run in the morning after coffee/tea and before breakfast. But this was a very minor point. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful extensive gardens and pool area with lots of interesting things to do. Lovely communal areas off lobby. Lovely patio adjoining dining room. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff

Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lot's of fun things to do with kids. The rooms are wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Price is quite steep and parking could be improved, but other than that we had a truly amazing stay. I did not like that there was no dinner on Saturday for religious reasons. That was unprofessional.

The breakfast was excellent It was exactly what we were looking for. I found the staff to be very friendly. The food and vegetables were very fresh, and there was a good selection of cheeses available. There was no shortage of anything. Our vacation began with two glasses of Tequila waiting for us in the room. I like it. There is an armchair for sunbathing on the balcony as well as an outdoor shower.

Spaciouse room, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens and excellent recreation facillities, the Thai restauant near the pool was very good - both the food and the service.

Room maintenance and cleaning could be more meticulous. Noise from the corridor, especially from the cleaning staff in the morning Room service was lacking an appropriate trolly or tray,

Everything was absolutely amazing! The food is great, the stuff couldn’t be nicer, the hotel smells absolutely divine. We came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and they treated us with some cake in our room. It couldn’t be better.

Nicely modernised since our last visit. Food and service excellent, nice clean room. The reception staff are first class, especially Omar. Pool area very nicely kept with plenty of loungers. Highly recommended, we will return.

The facilities, breakfast was superb.

No all inclusive. This would be nice. Dinner option is minimal and have to drive to get to a restaurant unless you want the dinning hall at 200 shel per person.
