Perfect fit for the price. Neat, friendly and comfortable environment. I’ve been in many different apartments throughout Netanya but this is the first time I have a feeling that the hosts really care about the clients and knows how to make their stay convenient. No broken appliances, all engineering communications duly work, no irritating cabling in sight, kitchenware is clean, comfortable natural climate (I slept well with switched off AC despite night heat). And on top of that complementary sweets and cookies and towel swan. My sincere gratitude to the hosts

Very clean. I booked my elderly father in to stay here as we were meant to be staying in another place nearby but we found it wasn’t suitable, so we had to move and cancel this booking as we couldn’t leave my father on his own. The hosts were very understanding of the situation and agreed to refund the booking with the exception of the first night (which was reasonable)

No lift - so be aware if you end up with a room on the upper floors. But the staff are very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at David Hameleh House. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The location was perfect and very close to Kikar, the main square In town, where all the shops and restaurants are. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beaches. I had a nice Mediterranean Sea view and I could even see the sea view sunset from the apartment. Eitan was very nice and helpful and treated me like family. I enjoyed everything about my stay at the David Hameleh House and I would highly recommend it to others.

I loved the details in the room, super neat, clean and tidy. Manager is very friendly and we felt comfortable! Would definitely come back!

Anatoliy was a super host, he made me feel welcome, helped with my luggage and let me choose the room. The room was very spacious and clean, much bigger than I expected. There was a decent kitchen in the room with a big fridge, a dining table with chairs and two beds (one double one single). Two big windows. Air-conditioning. Location is superb just a few steps from the Kikar and the beach.

The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Eytan, was especially nice and available to help us with anything we needed. The location is wonderful close to the Netanya beach with a market close by. Our room had many extras, including coffee and flip flops for beach use. The price is the best in town. Netanya is a great and beautiful place to visit very calm with friendly people and great restaurants. We will be coming back.

Bathroom could use some renovation but for the price I paid it was fine. Parking on the street.

It's a good deal for what you pay for. The place is clean, very minimalistic furnishings (cheap). The service is good. Where they lost me is with the bed which was bad.

Excelent place to stay in Netanya if you are on a budget or simply don't want to spend too much. The apartments have a bathroom, bed, TV and a small kitchen with a few utensils and a minibar. The room was clean and organized. Overall I was completely satisfied with my stay. The hotel even offers laundry services for a great price. The place is really well located, close to convenience stores, restaurants and the beach, all within walking distance. Plus, if you go by car there is free parking nearby. Lastly, the host Eitan is very responsive and was always available to answer any questions I had. Also thanks to Svetlana who checked me in and, despite not speaking much english, made sure I was well received. Great hotel, would definitely stay again!

The air freshener smells too strong for my taste. That's my only complaint.
