The breakfast offering were amazing. I asked about being able to take food up to my room to eat there for covid safety, but was told that was not an option. I just wish the room had come with some basic utensils and other items to be able to utilize the mini kitchen. We loved our incredible view and the room was really beautiful.

The pool hours should have been longer, and I wish the floors in our room were less slippery when wet. There was no access to the actual beach and when I asked about going to the beach no one could point me in the right direction. So, we just went to the pool.

Staff were excellent. Sea view is breathtaking. We were upgraded and given complimentary fruit and wine. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The couch was not very comfortable and the TVs were old and didn't function well. One had netflix, but you couldn't log in. Only basic cable was available.

we stayed here in winter so can't really comment on the beach. But the hotel is a VERY nice, new, highraising building right on the beach. our room was a suite (i think they all are) with a beautiful terrace that offered views of the coast from Tel Aviv to Haifa. Staff at the reception was supernice and helpful. couple of hiccups we had with the booking were resolved quickly and smoothly. selection at breakfast buffet large and adequate the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants (not part of the hotel) at the base of the building. meat and beer were good, price was reasonable.

the hotel restaurant is located in the basement with no windows. very large and equipped with two large screens showing videos shot underwater is NOT claustrophobic but for sure isn't the best part of the hotel. Fine for breakfast but as a restaurant ... mhhh. I understand during summer hotel offers half board. let's say I'd rather have my own meal (apartments are equipped with a kitchenette) in the room enjoying the beautiful private terrace of the room

The guy on reception is not 100% professional, seems like he feels himself in stand up or something which is not always matching expectations of serious answer to certain questions

Location very central and the staff were very friendly and helpful...the meals were well presented and very tasty...overall a very pleasant vacation was had.

EVERYTHING! great Staff--everyone so nice and accomodatting .BEAUTIFUL rooms so tastefully decorated, gorgeous views, love the location. Feel pampered though i didnt get to spa. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK!

The ocean views and terraces are fantastic great location and helpful staff.

It needs alot of updating. It has the making of a 5 star hotel if given the updates it needs.

Room was spacious with beautiful view from the balcony. Very quiet. Staff generally responsive but some were more interested in their cell phones. Gym has fairly good equipment but is very cramped and needs to be in a much larger space. Breakfast and coffee options were excellent.

Gym--see above some of the room furniture was corroded and really should be replaced. The white couch was a little dirty

its all about the view.!!! its an amazing view of almost everything u can see. the sea, the beach, the city and the mountains. room is big and very comfortable
