excellent breakfasts & a great location

The location is excellent. The room was nice.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom has not towel holders, hooks, and limited shelves. Inexpensive fixes could go a long way to improving the room. Living area had a hodgepodge of furniture, random chairs, tables, and an old uncomfortable couch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the showering facilities. The view from the balcony over the Mediterranean was a joy to behold every morning when I sipped my coffee. Definitely a Hotel I would return too.

The breakfast was good however after a few days it became really boring some cold meats would have been a great addition with some Hummus and Tahina.

The first room we were given was dreadful. The lovely staff moved us the next day to a lovely room with a balcony with a lovely sea view. It only took 5 minutes to get down to the beach. The hotel is in a very central location.

The first room we were given. The lobby in the Residence Beach Hotel was full of workers changing the lights and we only had access to the lifts, which was a little disappointing. The breakfast was very basic but plentiful.

Location is excellent. Would have enjoyed a more comfortable chair on the balcony.

the location was perfect, it was clean but could be a little better, good wi-fi, everything you need is near you, quiet and very suitable for relaxing, good ventilations and AC. I enjoyed my stay very much to the point I wished I could stay another night.

I booked three rooms, one of them had a good view at the angle of the building but it had no kitchen. another room had a great interior design for the bathroom but the shower kept leaking water to the point the whole room filled with water. although i'm sure if we asked for the room services they would have cleaned it.

We had a gorgeous suite looking over the ocean, absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and it was really lovely.

The building was undergoing renovations, so it was a bit messy coming in and out, but the room was fantastic. Also, there is very limited parking. We were able to find a parking garage close by, but it would have been helpful to know that in advance, or at least at check in as we were unfamiliar with the area.
