The location is beyond beautiful. The hotel overlooks an incredible beach. The view is amazing. The beach is very close. The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious, the suites are updated and nice.

The food on shabbat, the dinner and the lunch was fair but I expected more (better food). The service wasn't great, the tables too close together and the table that was set up for us wasn't cleaned properly. The swimming pool is wonderful, but the hours not great, closed around 5 or 6 pm depending on the day. No night swimming.

The view and the facilities were outstanding. The breakfasts were excellent

We booked a room for three. The third bed was a sofa couch. The third bed was not made up . There was no bedding or towels available. We contacted reception on a number of occasions and despite repeated promises from different people no bedding or towels were delivered. Finally at about 10.30 pm the towels and bedding were delivered. However the bedding was not the right bedding and had to be replaced Upon complaining to the Night Manager about the lack of service she resolved the situation by arranging for us to have a free dinner which was excellent. Other than this problem I would definitely recommend this hotel

Quiet location on the beach. Well appointed, clean rooms (we booked three rooms and all were good, but one of them was an upgrade and was fabulous). There is a large dining room with a great range of high quality food, with plenty of choice for all diets. We needed a little help from the hotel staff with a couple of things and they were exceptional in terms of their attitude and their willingness to help us out. 

Nothing! We were very happy there. The location is in a quiet residential area (with lots of new high-end apartments) and does not yet have the restaurants and other facilities within walking distance that you would get in say Netanya or Herzliya, but we were aware of that and liked it. We stayed in mid May when the weather was already lovely and warm, but it was a couple of weeks before the beautiful pool and gardens opened. We were aware of that from the details on the website when we booked, but if that’s important you should check carefully to make sure they will be open when you are there. 

The view of the Mediteranean and the lagoon below are incredible. (We stayed on a high floor.) The breakfast was delicious and kosher. The mashhgiach was helpful. There is a shul in the building with daily minyanim. It was very easy to acces the beach and there was a second beach a close walk away. The pools were clean. The room was very spacious. Overall it was a great choice to stay here and we would stay here again. Very reasonable price.

One of the receptionists was not so friendly, but the rest of the staff were fine. The design and furniture in the rooms can use some improvemnet. But these things felt insignificant in comparison to everything else.

The rooms were spacious and airy with a fantastic view. Everything was clean and the beds were huge and comfortable. The location is superb, not far from all kinds of places to hike and see. Staff were so accommodating, no fuss and always ready to assist.

There isn't free parking near the hotel, but it's not terrible. The advertisement says heated pool but it was lukewarm-cold.

Wonderful property overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Nice large pool outdoors in summer. Indoors rest of the year.

Need to work on cleanliness of the rooms. My bathroom had no towels and all the shampoos were conditioners (no soap or shampoo). After I called downstairs they brought right away clean and hot towels! Staff are awesome! My daughter’s room had no tea cups and they found a toothpick in their bed.

Beautiful view, good fish restaurant on the beach. Very nice and helpful reception staff, kitchen personell is very good and professional. Big rooms, good beds. Guest are many families with children or groups, but all have some opportunity to find own space, not annoying, still enjoying.

Cleaning of rooms not daily, 1x per 2 days, may be bcz of holidays at that time. If windy whether outside, so high noise in the room and it disturbs after a while. But may be just we got such a room with not tight balcon doors.

The breakfast was outstanding, mix of salad, fruit, warm food, chef on hand to make eggs (good). Food typically Israeli, healthy but so tasty! The location is fantastic views and access to a lovely beach, clean water. I spoke to a fisherman taking out some very small fished just for his cat, anyway the beach is great. Lobby is very nice full of light, comfortable furniture some of it a bit long in the tooth but still reasonable. There is a big indoor pool, heated in the Winter and cooled in Summer! The vibe is good probably emanating from the GM, Rima Volinsky, you can be sure you are in good hands, with a good team to match. Highly Reccomended!! Dont miss this place.

I would have liked the pool open on Sunday morning but I am just joking the pool opening hours are generous, its a great pool with a work out room close by too!

THE VIEW IS THE BEST!, THE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, GREAT AIR CONDITIONER, VERY CLEAN, GREAT BREAKFAST, THE BEACH IS VERT NICE AS WELL, I WAS VERT HAPPY WITH THE LOCATION AND THE PROPERTY

THE POOL AREA COULD BE ARRANGES OR RENOVATED, TO HAVE NICES CHAIRS TO LAY DOWN AND HAVE ENTRY TO THE BEACH FROM THE HOTEL, WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE ACCES ALSO FRO, THE BEACH TO THE HOTEL POOL AREA, BUT OVERALL IS A GREAT LOCATION

Great view, nice big room As a pleasant bonus there was an upgrade to a room category and a chocolate, delicious breakfast. and yes a really great view. Because of this, you don’t notice any shortcomings, for example, not entirely new furniture and renovations. But it was great, we will be happy to return. Thank you
