The breakfast was so delicious like never be fore!! It made us full for !almost the entire day! Also the ac is incredible stunning views of the water

One problem this time we had at night it was lots of noise of the room next to us

We had a truly wonderful stay at the West Lagoon Resort in Netanya. The service was excellent—courteous, attentive, and always available. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, which is especially impressive given the challenges of maintaining high standards of kosher cuisine during Passover. A special thanks to Vered Alber, who went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her dedication and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable and elevated our stay to the highest standards. Highly recommended!

When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

There were so many good and unexpected things. Excellent service gives this hotel 5 stars especially from Vered, Susi in reception and Daniel by the pool. The rooms were nice, bright and great sea views. Big balcony. The shower pressure is the best we have ever had anywhere! big tick! The staff literally couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay good. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Netanya this is it. It is close to drive to central Netanya and Ir Yamim. Parking was complimentary and underground.

Rooms are a little tired and could do with some renovation. Under the circumstances in Israel right now this is understandable

The view from our balcony was exceptional, Regina Orekhova the receptionist was great and so much helpful she is very good I recommend her , also Vered Elbar the guests manager was so much helpful with great hospitality who offered us so many free services including a free breakfast when we reach early the hotel and a free lunch before leaving and extend our check out until 2 pm , she was so much respectful I recommend her , and all I had a quite bad experience of this hotel in the check in she could successfully change it to be good eventually , the food was good and delicious in the dining room , the pool was beautiful

The reception manager Anastasia was not good in treatment who make it a horrible check in wether Regina was there I would cancel the whole booking , it seems when we arrive like the hotel is money collector , the beach is away from the hotel need to walk several minutes , also the suite we reserves was supposed to be panoramic executive suite which paid for and it should be only in the floors 2,5 and 11 they give us suite have a closed connected room with sharing with our suites in eighth floor it was a little distributing

We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room, a spacious balcony and comfortable, well-appointed room. The bathroom was spacious and new. The choice and quality of food in the dining room was beyond anything we have seen in recent years, and it was a joy to have a full board option, so we didn't have to go out searching for anything,

There was a slight smell of smoke in our room, which was surprising, as it is a non-smoking hotel. There was a water leak in the bathroom which took time for the hotel to resolve.

5 star everything. From communication by email before and after check-in. Room gifts. Design of bedroom. Nothing was too much trouble on request. Or and Tal on reception were ready to go the 'extra mile' and Manager Vered Elbar 'follow up' par excellence after we got home, provided the icing on the cake. We shall be returning as often as we can.

We couldn't stay more than 1 night!

The entire experience was terrific, from checking in to checking out. The staff was welcoming, understanding, and supportive, and the hotel facilities were superb. The vast entrance hall gives a very welcoming feeling. Moreover, the number of elevators allows travel, even when the hotel is fully booked freely and without waiting too long. The large parking attached to the hotel supports electrical charging while parking, handicapped areas, and family parking. The little details of the room were beautiful. The design is balanced and uncomplicated yet inspiring and comfortable. The showers are fantastic. There is a good stream of water, unlike many hotels these days, incredible heat, and enough room for two people to enjoy a shower. From the room balcony, we could see the city outskirts and the ocean, except one evening, the nights were quiet and comfortable. I haven't enjoyed a hotel in Israel's central district as much as I enjoyed VERT.

On one of the nights, a wedding took place in the hotel. The guests went out to the large balcony under the rooms and started singing and dancing, which was very noisy and bothering. It took about two hours to calm them down and put them back into the wedding area. The hotel staff, led by a Guest experience specialist named Tony, apologized and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible for the rest of my stay. I even got a discount when I extended my stay at the hotel.

The Vert exceeded our expectations with its unbelievable facilities and exceptional service. Toni, the amazing host, reached out to us before and during our stay, offering her assistance and making us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, providing a luxurious home away from home. We had a great experience and can't wait to return for more beautiful memories. :)

Would have liked to stay longer

This is our second stay within a couple weeks because we enjoyed our last stay so much. Vered Elbar is the customer relations manager, and she was super helpful. When I sent a message, I made a mistake about which room and she sorted it out for us immediately and was helpful with other things as well.
