The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The food was unbelievable. Best hotel food I've tasted. The rooms were very spacious. However, I recommend not to be facing the square it was very noisy till very late at night. I loved the fact that they gave out extra food throughout shabbat it was a really nice touch.

The swimming pool was awful. It's tiny, dirty, no shade. No one came to clean it. There was plastic and hair floating in the water. The people staying for shabbat refused to listen to the lifeguard when asked a million times to stop playing with a hard football in the pool.

Location. We were upgraded to a very large suite with a sea view.

When we arrived we were unable and to get into the hotel because you needed a room key which we obviously had not got. There was no security guard in or outside the hotel and we had to wait until other guests with keys turned up. We had to wait for reception staff to be found once we got in. The hotel information was that evening meals were provided but when we tried to book the receptionist said that there were only evening meals on Friday and although we were very tired, we had to go out to find a restaurant. The next day we discovered that in fact there were evening meals every day including the day on which we arrived. The hotel information was that dressing gowns and slippers were provided but there were none in our room and we had to call and ask for them.

Good location, close to the beach and central plaza. Good service, hosts give personal attention to each client and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Good food, the breakfast and dinner have a diverse variety of food. Good rooms, spacious and clean facilities, especially the shower and bathroom. The shower has an option for a normal shower-head or a wide disk over head, and has great water insulation to prevent leakage.

There isn’t much to look at from the windows, as the hotel has tall residential buildings surrounding it. The bathroom isn’t very soundproof.

Value: Great price for a last minute booking in a busy week. The front desk staff was friendly, and room service came by twice with wine and fruit and truffles at no extra charge! There were also free wine and no -alcoholic drinks and snacks. Breakfast was excellent. Location: The beach is 5-7 minutes away, so it's a teeny bit farther than "beachfront" hotels, but, because of the cliffs, there really is no such thing as a beachfront hotel in that area so that's not a big deal. Plus, it's closer to the pedestrian mall for shops and restaurants and bakeries (the Passover desserts at Perugino were outstanding). There's also an excellent French deli next to the hotel. Comfort: the rooms were larger than expected, and we got an upgrade to rooms with ocean-view terraces. The beds were comfortable, and hot water is plentiful in the showers.

The rooftop pool is nice, but it isn't heated, so, if it has been cooler than usual for a few days, it's too cold for swimming.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (especially Fabrice) They surprised us with an upgrade, which made our trip even more special. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly welcoming experience!

Honestly was all so great

The Hotel Staff is amazing we had problems with booking and they helped us through everything. You can always come to them and ask for anything, and they will try their very best to make your stay as Amazing as possible. The food is also really good and splits into meaty and milky food days to keep the hotel kosher, but even as a non Religous person, you will always find some tasty things you like. The rooms are big and luxurious, the beds are very comfortable and the view is amazing, everything is very clean and gets cleaned every day, even when we were in the room almost the entire day once they just quietly slid in when they knew we were out and made the bed and bathroom ready. To put it in the amazing hotel manager doubis words, " As soon as you enter the front door, you are considered family" and that's really what it feels like. We had an amazing time at this hotel and hope we can soon come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel! The service was beyond amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a free upgrades. The food was absolutely delicious-every meal felt like a treat and the location, with its stunning views, couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommend definitely worth the money!

The friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, Hotel Manager Sigal was very helpful and going above and beyond. We received 2 invites for dinner, and welcome gifts. Food is delicious, the room was spacious with a large terrace.

This is not a 4 star hotel as it’s declared. Lobby is dated, carpets in corridors are dusty and never get vacuum cleaned. Windows are dusty too

Location is perfect. Right on the Square and pedestrian mall, and close to the beach. We were upgraded to a fabulous room - huge with it's own mini-sitting room and kitchenette area. As the hotel is currently hosting evacuees, breakfast was Israeli breakfast and very plentiful. Service was excellent, with Ilan the doorman/guard always ready to lend a hand and a smile.

Staff and management were excellent, especially the manager. They were extremely helpful and very obliging in every possible way. The breakfast was superb!

would have like more lounge areas to relax. Perhaps a bit pricey for quality hotel. Natanya is overall very run down and lack of eating places near the hotel.
