The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and the receptionist was kind and efficient. The room had a fabulous view of the sea, and we left the door to the balcony open all night to hear the sound of the waves. The promenade is literally outside the door and we enjoyed long walks on it. Breakfast was good, and so was dinner, tasty and fresh.

The hotel is not new, and therefore the decor is a little shabby, The carpet on the stairs was not clean at all. There is an elevator but we chose to use the stairs and were surprised to see how dirty they were. I understand that the top floors are being renovated now and expect that soon the whole place will have a facelift and these issues will be resolved.

The room was nice, although I had requested two single beds and was given a room with a double. The view from the balcony was amazing

They were doing renovations while we were there. We sat by the pool one day, and they said as they were doing renovations by the lift, we couldn't use the lift to leave. We had to clamber down the metal fire escape to leave the pool area. Not great

Bathroom wasn't renovated and is old and worn. Breakfast disappointing. The bread was not a great quality and was stale on the 2nd day of our stay.

The hotel location is very close to Natanya centre and close to the beautiful beach,very friendly staff, breakfast is very good.

Not much not to like,really good hotel.

Quite normal, well maintained hotel. A bit old but didn't notice any bad spots. Just maybe a slightly rusty lock on the balcony's door. Cozy small room with good bed and linens. There is a kettle and some tea. Different towels, soap, shampoo. Hot water came out quickly in the shower(7th floor) and there is a decent hairdryer. There was hot air conditioner in the room. It heated the room rather slowly. But kept the temperature well. In the morning we went to breakfast(from 7 to 10 o'clock). The place looks like an ordinary common dining room, but quite normal in appearance. For 3 stars, probably ok. The food... after the New Year in restaurant I had a heaviness in my stomach, so I did not taste it, but my wife and mother were satisfied. Coffee, tea, yoghurts, vegetable salads, rolls, fruits. It seems that there was something else... yes, I think for a 3-star breakfast was normal too. ...There is a small free public parking near the hotel.

Some minor things: Water disappeared in the morning, but they noticed this and quickly corrected themselves. There is no refrigerator. No bathrobes and slippers. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. I probably didn't like only one thing(not minor disadvantage): the open trash can in the toilet. I think it's clear why I consider this as a disadvantage.
