The front desk were very friendly and helpful. I loved that hotel was near the Kikar which was wonderful and the hotel was close to the sea.

The first 2 or 3 days, no one made my bed which I found frustrating. If I had extra towels, they only supplied the normal amount of towels which was frustrating. Once I connected with one of the housekeepers everything went wonderfully.

The location is perfect: the sea is nearby and buses to go to other places are not far. The room is clean, the towels are changed every day. Wi-fi works well. Kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room. No other food in the hotel, but lots of food spots in the close vicinity.

The music in the square outside every evening may be a problem, but for us it was OK

A great hotel, right at the central square in downtown Netanya. Next to the stairs to the great beaches of Netanya. (there is an elevator a bit further away as well for easy excess to the beach) We got 3 nice rooms, at the 4th floor, each with a balcony, overlooking the big central square in front of the hotel and sea view from the side. Our rooms were next to each other, as we had asked for. Breakfast was nice and complete. We liked that the hotel was few steps from the Europecar (and Hertz) drop off point of our rental car).

We liked every thing. We stayed only for one night. If we could have stayed longer...!! Great value for money in an expensive region of Israel. We prefer the smaller fibrent Netanja over it s big broter Tel Aviv. But we missed Old Jaffa a bit here. It was about a 45 minutes drive by taxi on shabbat to Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport (arranged from the hotel for 300 NIS). Flying from this Airport to Amsterdam was easy without delay.

the hotel is located in the heart of Netanya, right inside the independence square, and a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. the room was quiet small, but given the price i didn't expect anything else. everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom was good, but also quiet small. the staff was nice i guess, didn't really interact with them except for check in. AC is REALLY GOOD! good value for money!

A bit noisy at night since the main street with all the teenagers is nearby, but not loud enough to be really disturbing.

I made this booking for my son. He enjoyed his stay, especially the location and the interior design of his room. The view from his room wasn't the best, but it wasn't as important for him as the interior design. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

The only problem was the desk which he couldn't use because the chair didn't fit under the desk.

wifi stopped working in shabbat, twice a day a smell from the sewerage was felt - had to open the windows for an hour. the shower worked with a noise

Great location right in the square near restaurants, stores and the beach. Bright view of the square. The junior suite was more spacious than a regular room, with two big screen TVs and a small balcony.

New facility. Modern. Clean and Elegant . The style is tasteful . We did not eat breakfast. The dinner room might be in renovation. Overall we had a good experience and give them excellent review.

great location and very clean.

my sister received 1st degree burns on her hand from the excessive heat of the shower. the shower was on 1/4 hot, 3/4 cold. she has had to receive care following our stay. we alerted the staff and were just told to turn down the heat.
