Great location near the TLV port and a very nicely designed Rooms are nice and face the entire Tel Aviv view Welcoming Staff

Breakfast was below our expectations - the dining room was full and variety of food was less than expected

Location is great by the port, sea, stores, restaurants, bus stations. Room has great desing. Breakfast is wonderful, best breakfast I ever had, plenty non meat options, good coffee. Friendly staff, you get a welcome cocktail from the bar.

I really loved the city view from 13th floor of my room. You might think the sea view is the best but wait till the night comes.

The wifi was cut off for over 12 hrs and I was losing mind over this. The rooms ain’t so spacious

It’s beautiful. The staff was excellent. Reception, the food service, the area - everybody top notch. The pool is beautiful. The location great. The view of beautiful Tel Aviv from our 11th floor wrap around balcony was breathtaking.

The bathroom door was partially see through glass and it did not shut tight. Nobody needs to experience one’s spouse on the toilet that closely - seeing, hearing. In very close proximity to the bed The doors should be replaced on all of the rooms for that expensive a hotel. They should shut tightly for privacy.

Unfortunately, I got to the Hotel at 3PM ish and dressed for Bat Mitzvah, I left 6:30 PM for reception at Pavillion 10.... Returned late that night very late... , Out at 9:30. AM ,,,,, I didn't have breakfast I paid for . . THE cost for my purposes was prohibitively high. The room was only good for one person. The decor was not my taste . Two much texture and detail . BUT, let's just say I was not a good fit for the room. I lovely view of Tel Aviv out the window. THe staff went out of their way to weigh my luggage. I was to be dropped off at Ben Gurion at 3.

Fabulous pool, wonderful staff

Very clean. Really spotless The place just feels very comfortable and luxurious Rooms are practical and nicely decorated Comfy large bed 24h gym Nice indoor pool opens at 8am "Valet" parking service for 135 ils per day until checkout. The car is parked in the basement of the building through a car elevator

Everything was really good There are some small details that could be improved: Towel racks or hooks The rain shower keeps dripping when one uses the handheld shower When the car is returned upon checkout they leave it in front of the car elevator. Driving it to the reception or helping with carrying our luggage from the reception to the car would have been largely appreciated as it is supposed to be valet service Find the reservation on name and not needing the reservation number Put a bar or lookout on the top floor

The hotel met the expectations. The rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Bed is wide - we stayed with our 4 y.o., and though there are no kids' beds in the hotel the bed was enough for three of us to sleep together. Breakfast is good, especially a cheesecake - please send regards to your chef - this was the best cheesecake I ever tasted. The pool is also nice, not so many people when we were there, so was enough space to swim. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the sea and Tel Aviv Port area. Hayrkon park is also in walking distance. If you want to enjoy the center of the city, it's a bit far, but the transportation from near the hotel is really convenient to any part of the city. Speacial thanks to all the hotel staff - we had issues with air conditioning in one of the rooms, which caused us changing rooms half of the night - all the staff were very helpful, kind and efficient! the issue was also solved later

Some minor dirt issues in hard-to-reach places like hood, corners and behind the furniture slightly spoiled the impression. We had an issue with air conditioning and light in one of the rooms. The hotel fixed it in general, but minor issues stayed. I hope it will be solved for a long perspective. Our second room was though totally fine.

Wow this hotel really is modern clean and has great facilities firstly the breakfast is amazing poached eggs in tomato's mushroom tart a great selection of salads fresh fruit yogurt and black cherry's and much much more just delicious definately set us up for the day worth every shekel (penny) we used the pool every morning and the sauna before heading out for the day. The room had everything we needed the bed was really comfortable and the shower was good we did pay the extra for a sea-view room with a balcony after a long day a cheeky drink on the balcony went down well (we popped to the local shop two minutes away for water and a couple of drinks to help a little with the budget) Maria and Shaun England

You do have to be tidy the rooms are small but I just kept on top of putting things away and the hotel was so clean and ace !
