Overall it was a beautiful room, relaxing, clean, great location, and we really enjoyed our stay. Stunning view - I could stay on that porch forever. Comfy pillows in the room, extra pillows in the room. The personal robes for the2 of us was a nice touch.

I felt that there were certain issues in the room that I wouldn't expect from a hotel with the price we paid. For example the shower head was broken. And the rooms were not soundproof at all, and the room next door was blasting music until all hours of the night.

Excellent perfect location close to everything near the beach the Plaza shopping! Beautiful views of the ocean and the park directly in front of the hotel! The Sundowns are unbelievably beautiful! The hotel service was excellent and always available. The decor is beautiful even the elevators are stunning on the tile on the floors to the walls and lobby with high ceilings and beautiful Decor as well . the rooms are super comfortable with lots of convenient lighting and our bed was amazing! Even the parking garage was reasonably priced and super clean and well lit with easy access to the elevators which were very fast as well . Highly recommended!

The only thing that we didn't like was that our wedding vacation ended! We could have stayed here forever it was so nice!

The convenience I live in Netanya had a problem with my heating system. it was necessary to find accommodations until a technician could come out and repair my heating system

I booked online through the hotels website and was very disappointed in the representative that booked my stay. I was on the phone trying to book this room for over one hour. I told the representative since she was having so much trouble. I would just go across the street and book for myself and she stated it would cost more money and that the hotel was almost booked out and I took a chance of not getting a room. The representative stated we had a free breakfast along with our accommodations, which was also a false statement.

Beautiful stylish decor in common areas, and expansive rooms, with high cielings, and pointed decoration. Beautiful beach views. Breakfast felt like a reception. Spa was to dream off, with unforgettable massage. Luxurious 5 star experience. Dont miss out on this hotel

- No bathtub, only a shower in the bathroom. - Clerk at front desk was heavily tattooed, scruffy and not so welcoming (although this is standard nowadays). - Unclear how to use AC controls. - Entry from garage is up 3 steps and thru 2 doors, not easy if you have luggage.

Nice breakfast, late check out accommodated with no issues, decent sized room, view of sea even from city view room

Bathroom cleaning could be better, gaps in toilet cubicles in pool area between door and frame so we did not use them, gaudy pictures in lifts

Close to local to amenities, food good ie (breakfast) lots of choice. spa, gym area nice & relaxing, treatments therapist experienced Reception staff members helpful and friendly, Dinning staff only one Male member was friendly and helpful and smiled.

No real interest in loss property. Unable to buy a glass of wine only could purchase a bottle strange!!! Didn't like the coffee machines.

Spacious room, balcony, couch, large TV, fridge in room with coffee maker, so it was comfortable to relax in the room. Very good breakfast. I love children but enjoyed the policy that the minimum age was 16.it was generally quiet and comfortable

Spa hours where small indoor pool were limited. Opened early but closed early Friday and Saturday. My husband was disappointed there was no jacuzzi although there was a sauna and steam room. The hotel was lovely but very expensive. The cost for shabbat dinner at 250 nis pp was exorbitant plus the need to pay extra for parking. No place to pull in to do check in. No instructions in room for operating coffee machine and no milk provided

Room was beautiful and spacious. Nice view to the Sea. Balcony was relaxing. Good location close to kikar Ha'Atzma'ut. Spa and Indoor pool was very nice too.

I ordered a salmon sandwich in the evening. The bagel was dry and generic. The salmon and vegetables kind of pathetic. The food at breakfast was nothing to write home about. I felt sort of uncomfortable by the two people waiters at the breakfast area.
