I am returning client I stayed this hotel 2 years ago, and I had to comeback I don't doubt about Room cleanness, staff are nice, good location Front desk staff are nice, breakfast buffet is great, I loved the menu, balanced with Korean and western food

There were 2 staff assisting in the buffet, one of them is nice but the other looks uptight face but it is minor issue There were people from C, they were loud, terrible manner in good facility

Great location and nice, clean room. I only have a couple small complaints. First the room is so hot and there’s no AC. The control is turned off so we can’t use it. Makes no sense. Second the automatic sensor light turns off every few seconds when there’s no motion so the room is very dark around the bathroom area. When you’re in the middle of doing something it just goes off. Also, it’s very irritating when the light sensor goes on when one of us gets up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. This interrupt the other person’s sleep!

Overall we like this hotel. Location is easy to get to from airport by train because subway station is very close to the hotel. Rooms are small but they are no smaller than other hotels we stayed in Korea.

The receptionists are smily and friendly but I wish they can speak a bit more English. I will not recommend the Korean Style Ondol room. I ordered this for my 3 teenagers as I thought it will be similar to the Japanese Tatami room. But it turned out to be a very thin mattress (thickness similar to a doona) on hardwood flooring. And it was meant to be a triple room but it was very small.

Location-wise, it’s perfect—right in the heart of Seomyeon, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Seomyeon Station and several nearby bus stops, which made commuting by bus super convenient for us. The room was clean and well-maintained, even though housekeeping is done every two days. Fresh towels were provided daily, which we appreciated. We would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the MRT lines and bus stations, many restaurants and options for food around, a mall just 8 minutes walking, convenient stores everywhere, there is a laundry place just half block away by walking, the hotel has a nice basic fitness room.

Breakfast options could be improved in terms of variety. If you're staying for just a couple of nights, it's fine, but for a longer stay to explore the city and surrounding areas, the breakfast can become monotonous with the same food every day.

Close to Seomyeon, Mirror Pond and Hwangnyeongsan Observatory (tourist attractions)- where all the street restaurants are nearby and have many convenience stores. Also, close to the major shopping centre (with a food court) and underground shopping mall. Has the main channels on their TVs and subscriptions services (Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount) Transport (Bus, train, taxi) were OK. Able to communicate with adequate amounts of English. Has a Bidet. Able to collaborate to help with any service (luggage transfer with LuggAgent)

No Microwave. Skeptical about the boiling kettle under double glass shelf.

The front desk staff spoke some English and with a translate app, we could communicate well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the extra room provided by our Suite room. Breakfast was buffet only which was pretty good and varied but many of the items, like the scrambled eggs, are served cold.

Wish all the breakfast items, like the scrambled eggs and veggies, were served hot. There was no iron in our room.

Like the location. Although it's not next to the metro station, it's surrounded with eateries and not too far walk to the entrance of Seomyeon Underground Shopping which leads to the metro station. Eateries are readily available around the hotel area. Checking in and out was a breeze. House keeping system of alternate day service's schedule did not upset the stay as new set of bath towels and essentials are placed outside the room to use. Thank you to the house keeping staffs for doing a great job too.

The location was great. The Hotel is near a major subway stop which made getting around the city easy. The room size was way bigger then expected and we were able to have two larger suitecases open at once. The breakfast was also really nice and at the bottom of the building there was a cafe that stayed open pretty late.

There was a small issue when checking in that our room wasn't ready. We personally didn't mind and they gave us complementary juice and face masks.

Hotel located in a trendy area, with a lot of things to do (games, restaurants, shops, etc.) It is near to shopping malls and metro stations. The breakfast was very good, food was delicious and there were a lot of options. The gym is quite big too.

The room was small, they clean the room every 2 days but this is not taking into account in the price and they do it without consulting you.
