The food! The beach! Beach towels and drinks available. The snorkeling right in front of our room! We loved the fact that this was a truly "All Inclusive" resort with unlimited drinking water, alcoholic drinks and cocktails available (very rare in an Islamic country). Our room had a beautiful balcony with an excellent view of the Red Sea!

The non smoking area is not really non smoking. Most of the clientele were smokers so during meals the smoking area filled rapidly and smokers took tables at the non-smoking area and were allowed to smoke there, the waiters even brought ashtrays for them. No way to get away from cigarette smoke which made our dining experience unpleasant, despite the delicious food available. Waiters seemed overwhelmed, overworked and a little cranky at times, if we sat at the farthest tables (trying to get away from cigarette smoke) we were ignored or had poor service.

Everything was really clean and well looked after. The grounds were lovely and everything is laid out in a spacious way. Our room was directly onto the beach and really comfortable - not enormous, but big enough and a lovely style! Waleed kept everything spotlessly clean and was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are really attentive. Mohammed was so friendly and welcoming and lovely as our first encounter for lunch! The outside area is really lovely with a view over the fountains at night. Ahmed is like a cheerful, efficient, endlessly cheerful whirlwind, moving round the tables making sure that everything is OK and you have all that you need. The food is really fresh, tasty, regularly changed and the salads especially are plentiful and varied. The wide variety of freshly baked bread and pastries were really tasty, and lovely to have local dishes too. I am a non meat eater, but found plenty to eat and if ever I wasn't sure about something, there was always someone nearby who could answer my questions. The beach where we were was not at all crowded and the beach staff really helpful. The guy at the beach bar was fabulous! In fact all of the staff were great, friendly, cheerful and really attentive. We dived everyday but the weather meant that for the majority of the time the jetty (and the way into the water for diving or snorkelling or on the house reef) was closed for the vast majority of the time we were there due to the windy conditions which was a shame. We dived elsewhere which was great but otherwise snorkelling was pretty limited without this option.

An area outside at the restaurant without smokers so you don't get affected by others' smoke blowing near you would be good. Also when we arrived (afternoon) we were given 2 towel cards, but there were no towels left which was a pity. Suggestion would be that on arrival you are given pool/beach towels in your room that you can then exchange and return for a card on departure.

We had an amazing time, the property is quiet and relaxing, but there are nice activities and music if you want, what I really liked is the idea that the pool is separated into two, one (where the pool bar is) has music and activities, and the other is quiet if you would like to relax. The sea is amazing, they have a beautiful and comfortable beach, and of course great snorkeling spots. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, and you can sense how genuine and friendly everyone is, on top of providing world class speedy service. I have to also talk about the food, it is uncommon to find excellent food in an all-inclusive resort, usually the food is above average at best, but not here, the food was amazing, not only well prepared, but also the ingredients are fresh and of high quality, throughout our stay everything was extremely delicious, fresh and well presented, we would like to thank all the kitchen staff for an amazing food experience. Our mattress was not very comfortable, we didn't ask to change it TBH, but it was ok.

Spectacular coral reef for experienced snorkeling and a safe shallow lagoon for beginners. Excellent infinity swimming pool. Friendly stuff. Nice buffet. Quiet place to relax.

Missing a fruit bar outside. Sliced watermelon and fresh lemon juice would make it just perfect.

Clean and tidy. May need some renovation but was still a good stay. Staff are friendly and helpful! Diving was well organized and friendly.

We booked the taxi from the airport to the hotel via the hotel for €80. This is a complete rip-off! Apart from being over-priced the car was dirty and dusty inside with half drank water bottles laying on the ha k seat. Ended up returning with a booking.com taxi for €32 - clean car, helpful driver, no issue with payment as it went directly through booking.com.

Very nice big and comfortable room with beautiful seaview from the terrace. Very good food and I liked the big pool suitable for swimming. The beaches were nice. Easy to get into the water although it was windy. To windy to swim outside the reef. My room was quiet. Nice restaurants.

The room was spacious, the beach is amazing, room was ready prior to our arrival, good facilities, and the hotel is next to the main road. The overall stay was good and the value for money was very good.

The shower head is outdated. The dinner buffet and food quality is average. The pool areas are crowded and if you don't reserve your place early enough, you won't find a place to sit. The reservation team is commercially immature. I stayed for 5 nights and requested to add one extra night for the same rate, but didn't get any feedback from anyone although I spoke with the reception personnel 2 times in 2 days with regards to the same topic and still didn't get any feedback, and that is very immature commercially and will definitely affect my decision to stay there again.

Given the location not in the more famous but nearby Hurgada and Marsa Alam we had some doubts about actual reef conditions: cannot make comparisons but it was really amazing. Looots of fishes even in few centimeters of water. And then obviously the pools, but you can see them in the pictures. The whole atmosphere is elegant and relaxed.

Something we would improve is definitely artificial ligth in the room. When the sun goes down it was not even possible to read a book. Maybe not all romms like ours but we only know our. Buffet is abundant but, and here maybe it is just a matter of taste, several of the things had no flavour or too much.

Absolutely beautiful . An amazing amount of activities to do, from diving, gym, horseriding, spa, and even if all you do is simply buy or bring a snorkel and sea shoes as I did, you can float in the water and marvel at the amount of beautiful fish there are! You can stay in water less than 2m deep and see an incredible amount of fish. Ahmed the salesman for the spa is also a great asset as is all the staff bar none, management, everyone was great. The chefs were kind and went out of their way to present food beautifully. Clean. Really can’t complain.
