Breakfast was amazing, clean, many choices We loved it

We booked half board & dinner was in a restaurant inside the hotel with entertainment. Didn’t like the idea to pay for water & any drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We also had to pay for an additional entertainment tax on top. Preferred to have a quiet dinner. They told us if we don’t want to watch n pay for the entertainment the other option is to send dinner to our room. A demeaning option

Nadri was fantastically kind, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I loved her. Hossam who cleaned our room was lovely as well. So friendly and kind. In fact, everybody was incredibly friendly. The view of the Nile from our 8th floor room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet at Culina was one of the best I have ever eaten at a hotel (and we have eaten many). And we thought the food at Bab el-Sharq was delicious. All in all, wonderful service and a very happy stay.

The stale cigarette smoke smell (mixed with perfume) that pervades parts of the hotel. However, I understand that smoking is a part of Egyptian life. Booking.com did not specify that the deluxe room with terrace overlooking the Nile was on the third floor, which is a smoking floor. We had to change rooms.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Security at entrance for cars and also as you walk in. From the moment you enter, you know you are in a first class hotel. The staff are friendly, professional, and trained to accommodate their guests. Lovely shops, coffee shop, lounge for coffee and delicious pastries. The room had a perfect view of the Nile. Our beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The breakfast was exceptional with tremendous offerings. Bonus was to be steps away from the musuem.

I don't believe it was mentioned on booking.com that the room with balcony was on a smoking floor. We were informed at check in and were given another room, without balcony but it was fine.

Very friendly staff all willing to be helpful. Good room size with a great view over the Nile. In-room facilities were good and good range of eating options within the hotel. We made good use of the heated pool and sun loungers. The Egyptian Museum is right behind the hotel.

Walking out of the hotel is difficult as the road immediately outside is very busy. There was a fair amount of noise coming into the room at night from the busy road and also loud music playing until about 3am one night.

It was beautiful, great service and thank you for giving me the lounge upgrade at a special price that was the worth the whole trip by the way. Service and attention was amazing and the team staff on our floor Abdullah and abdulrahman were exceptional cleaning service and the food is spectacular with amazing show and reception was fantastic!

The fact that the shows are only on Thursday and Friday and that means you have to book on these days !

Great nightly show and good food in the restaurant. Pool area was great and not too busy. Rooms were kept clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

The sauna and steam room area often had to be switched on when you got there which meant they weren’t heated up for sometime. Any issues that I encountered were dealt with but I did have to follow up, they struggled a bit with the check in process when very busy

The location was very good and easy access to town. The lobby area and bar area is very comfortable and airy. Rooms are spacious enough for a couple or solo traveler. Very comfortable beds, good quality linen and super comfortable pillows. Clean bathrooms and excellent choice of toiletries. There was a coffee machine in the room which is very important and enough options of capsules to choose from

The breakfast selection could be better.

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at the Nile Ritz Carlton last week. In particular, this was the best service from staff I’ve ever received in a hotel; it really felt like every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our two young children had a wonderful time, and connecting rooms overlooking the Nile was the perfect set-up for our sleeping arrangements. Super comfy beds and pillows. Pool was great, lunch in the lobby bar was very reasonably-priced and delicious, and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet in Culina.

everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.

the money value is too high comparing to same level hotel in other countries

location on the Nile is exceptional, the room was complete in terms of comfort and amenities, although the bathtub could not hold water as the drain cover needs fixing. Breakfast choice of food was overwhelming

had dinner at Vivo, they offer only 2 types of salads (rather odd) but the food was very tasty, worth mentioning the entertainer who was nit feeling good that night and everybody felt sorry for him
