The most remarkable thing about this Hotel is the staff, they are always there to help!. You guys are lucky to have them! Thanks to Doaa, Mohammed, Ahmed and Basel and all the cleaning staff they were amazing! Room was always clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too, the A/C works perfectly and you also ger a small fridge inside. We don’t get annoyed by the noise outside so it was not a problem for us.

We were stuck inside the elevator because the energy was gone but Doaa was so helpful and she tried the best to help us and fix it. Thanks!

The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfy. The staff gave us the most hospitable service. Breakfast was awesome, both choices (oriental and western style). They even went through the trouble of finding me a doctor and buying for me medicine when I was feeling unwel. Location was in the most accessible part of the town and they helped us find the best guided tours. I Would stay again and i would definatelly suggest anyone to choose it for a lovely stay in Egypt.

The only thing that you might need a day or two to get used to is the traffic noise cause of the central location and the driving culture of Egyptians.

The facility is located in a very central location. walking distance to egyptian museum and sadat metro station and only 5 minutes. The entrance of the building was a little old and scary, but the floor where the rooms were located was in good condition. The cleanliness of the rooms was okay but not very good, considering Egyptian standards. Staff attention was good. Be careful that they charge extra commission for payment by credit card and do not accept your cash even if it is slightly deformed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent housekeeping service. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I look forward to staying here again in the futur.

Great place to stay in Cairo! Perfect location right next to the Museum and River Nile. The staff speak great English and are really helpful with making you feel comfortable and assisting in booking many tours from the hotel! The rooms are a great size and the hotel serves a great breakfast for you.

Excellent location in downtown Cairo. The service by Marcelino and Hesham was excellent too, they assisted with directions, booking taxis.. We booked the king room and two queen rooms all with balconies for myself and my grown up children.. Clean rooms, good sizes (especially the king room). Very comfortable beds, cool air conditioning and good water pressure in showers. We used the hotels airport transfer service which was arranged short notice and good value for money. The staff were very accommodating with late checkout as we had late flights on exit. Hotel is right across the road from the Egyptian museum. I've read reviews regarding the road noise but with doors closed, AC on and long excursions, we slept through easily and didn't use the earbuds which were provided. All in all, a very pleasant experience. There is also a vending shop across the road with very cheaply priced snacks, ice cream and water. At the prices we paid, id recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

Hotel had wifi but it was patchy. But this didn't concern us as we had data on our esims which was less than £5GBP for 5 gigs for our weeks trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tahrir plaza suites ! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, next to Tahrir square, and the Egyptian museum. Someone might be bothered by the noise of the street, which is 24/7, but for us it was not an issue at all! Also, there are plenty of local fast food restaurants in the area to get a local taste. The room was super clean and housekeeping was offered daily. There are also two options for breakfast, which was really satisfying, at the price of three dollars per person. Special shout-out to the staff!!! Everyone at reception is truly helpful, making sure that we enjoy our stay and have everything we need! They also helped us book tours with well informed guides that gave us amazing insights of the rich Egyptian civilisation and history.

Book the Tahrir Plaza if you seek a genuine experience. Best value for money in Tahrir square to appreciate the history of the area. Museum directly opposite, 24 hour security and hotel staff. Everything ticked our boxes - couldn't have asked for more.

All the staff, starting from the boys and girls at the reception, were superb. Their friendliness and kindness is noteworthy. We stayed there for 3 nights, me with my 10 year old son, and we booked with them the private guided tour in Italian and also the transfers to/from the airport. All the services were perfect, all the people we dealt with were professional, welcoming and uniquely kind. Highly recommended!

The only negative note I find is that the room is quite noisy during the day and at night. But this is the price to pay for having a hotel right in the center.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room in a central position. Reception open 24 hours with very nice, kind, available and smart guys. Opportunity to get room breakfast for 3 USD per person per day and packaged breakfast if you leave for a tour before 8 am. Opportunity to book tours, activities and taxis directly from the hotel.

Very central and convenient position, in a central square of Cairo Downtown very close to Nile River reachable in 5 minutes by walk. Due to this, you have to take in count a lot of noise especially of cars clacson during the night, so it’s recommended to bring with you earplugs to sleep, otherwise at the reception they could provide them for you.
