Quiet location but 20-30/60 to the airport. Well appointed new hotel. Clean room toilet shower, pool, foyer, corridor, elevator. Room self contained with a fridge, hotplate, kitchen equipment. Very comfortable bed and pillows, Smart TV, excellent aircon, hot pressurised shower. Complimentary bottled water . Insufficient complimentary tea and coffee. Coffee mugs with coffee stains not very clean. Safe. Walk up call. Room service masseuse. Free shuttle only available from 0700hrs. Taxi organised by hotel staff using their Grab account. Hotel staff informed of the stained coffee mugs. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Had dinner at the on-site restaurant. I ordered beef which came with soup, dessert and drinks. Soup was on the salty side but edible. Beef was so salty very unpalatable. Fruit salad was out of a tin considering the Philippines have many fresh delicious tropical fruit. Dinner was very disappointing. Feedback given to restaurant staff. They only charged for 2 meals instead of 3.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Attentive to my needs and very polite and professional. Chezka ,Jenella and the rest of the morning and night staff were absolutely amazing and I will be returning here for my stays in the Clark area and no where else... House keeping like my friend Jonas went above and beyond even when. All I asked for were towels and water. Please keep up the great work. This is a perfect example of good old fashioned hospitality.... Thank you all again 🙏

I like that I have nothing I didn't like.

We loved everything about the place. We were totally impressed on how the staff were accommodating to our needs. They even deliver our requests abruptly. Special mention to Sir Jerwin, Ms. Ann and Ms. Gigi, who were almost the staffs on duty throughout our 4 day stay. They always attended to our requests with their smiles and superb attitude. Kudos to SureStay Studio Clarkview!!!

It was a slight yet bothersome concern for us in the room. There was an odd smell that comes from the bathroom from time to time. I wouldn't say that it really bothered us thoroughly for most of the afternoons we were out of our room. It kinda stinks when we open the bathroom door so we just left the switch turned on for the exhaust to run the whole time. A housekeeping staff informed us that there were technicalities with their pipes the day before we arrived so it might have been due to that. I really didn't raised it as a concern, yet I informed them for the next occupant of the room.

Well accessible by car, parking is secure, place is quiet, Nothing to see around but if The Hotel is basically for overnight, price/quality is okay.

Some technical problem with Keycard was solved, Breakfast is only is You MUST.

I super like the coziness of the place and it felt genuinely homey. It is also aesthetic and clean. My apologies, the trip was a mix of business and leisure and we were pretty tired most of the stay to remember to take photos of the room but will surely take some the next time we stay again which will be in a couple of weeks. I loved our room (104) but wouldn't mind staying in another one. Yes, I will note a couple of things for improvement and please make sure that same are rectified, though they were nuances that we were able to see past. Had not been for those issues, I would have given a perfect rating because I really love the place - staff was so professional and super friendly and helpful; they have extended a luxury hotel experience at a cost effective rate. Real value for money. It was easy to drive to locations I needed to get to. Tried their breakfast and it was satisfying for its price. Parking was at a 'first come, first served basis' but even the Security personnel were ready to assist us in parking the car safely. We weren't able to use the pool during this stay (we will definitely next time) but passing by it constantly to and from our room, it looked consistently clean. Water pressure was so good and the amenities sufficed.

I am afraid the welcome drink was too sweet so we didn't really get to enjoy that but we do appreciate the gesture and the warm welcome at that (Thank you, Diego 💝); some of the flooring parquets by the foot of the bed were lifted and seems to be broken but good thing did not subject us to a room hazard or injury; and the second day, cockroaches (about 3 or 4) started coming out of the bathroom and we found ourselves killing them in the middle of the night when we would need to go to the bathroom and seeing them make their way into the room.

This time I was given a room with a window on the second floor, which was great. No bad odor, con bugs. They also brought me a welcome drink, and welcome back cookies.

The food at the restaurant is always a bit of a disappointment, too much oil, too salty or two sweet. I wish would they had healthier menus for breakfast, and for any meals served for lunch and dinner

It would be unfair for me to comment, having stayed there twice. How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent? Simple. You don't see them unless you need them. And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.

The facility is very nice, comfortable bed decent shower. Walking distance to the mall and park and many different eating establishments. Staff and interns were awesome. Have ice machine!

Internet, horrible during my stay. If you require Internet for any activity, ie: work - I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Parking is limited, first come first serve.

The rooms are immaculate! So affordable yet it feels like an expensive hotel. All Staff were accommodating and reliable, friendly and approachable. The bed was so comfortable, we'll stay in all day if we had to if we did not have errand and people to see due to a short stay vacay in the Philippines. We and my partner would definitely go back soon whenever we're in Angeles City, Pampanga.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Staff in the hotel are friendly and accommodating. Indoor Pool is clean The location is just right.

1. The nighshift guard is not accommodating, we were checking in, and it's raining, he won't let us park near the hotel entrance just to unload our things, for his reason that it is reserved for the hotel service car which is not there yet, client should be there priority and for their hospitality. 2. Food is not so impressive it doesn't reflect the rich, flavorful food of Kapampangan's. Servings too petite. 3. The lavatory sink drain is not functioning well, it is slow to drain, which is unhealthy. *ABOVE ARE SMALL THINGS COULD BE IMPROVED WHICH THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD ADDRESS To reach the total client satisfaction.
