We arrived in Clark at 4 am and managed to check in comfortably. The room, breakfast and facilities were more than good for the price and the location. The staffs were accommodating. For everything else that you may need, you just have to ask, and they will help if able. We left our luggage when we checked out and returned at 7:30 pm in time for our bus to Manila. We asked if they have a paid shower service. They said they don’t but they allowed us to use one of the rooms.

the staff were friendly and helpful especially the old man who brought the american breakfast for my toddler and he also assissted us upon checkout to carry our luggage. the room is spacious good for family staycation. beds and pillows were nice and clean. my children also enjoyed the swimming pool on their rooftop.

i had rashes on my foot and inner thighs after i put on the sheets, I don’t know if it was caused by the sheets or the tempura i ate for lunch. their towels also are very used up already as it is already off white to grayish. there were also cracks on walls and peeled paint. i would agree to other reviews that the breakfast buffet could improve as it was very limited with fried rice, scrambled eggs, longganisa and corned beef as your only choices on their buffet table, if you want toast and bacons you have to ask for it to any of their staff as they call it American breakfast, they only offer coffee and water for drinks and we were a bit stressed when an American guy was pissed because they cannot provide orange juice right away for him.

We were 2 couples with 2 rooms, staying a week there. The rooms were clean and hot water and water pressure was good....We had breakfast every morning and it was good, some mornngs better than others, the coffee, well, i finally went and bought 3N1 and the mornings were better

the coffee, we fially went and bought Nescafe 3N1 and the mornings were much better....lol

- fast check-in - no need for any deposit - clean rooms and with adjoining rooms - guards are very helpful - if you just need a place for a night, this is a good place

- towels are very old and no longer color white, time to replace their towels - small pool - no proper parking place - they don't refill their breakfast buffet so you have to be early - small dining area - their restaurant closed early

The Staff at the Hotel was beyond AWSOME. From the manager to the line staff, everyone was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This is the main reason why I want return to this hotel and refer someone there.

The hotel need some renovation.

breakfast limited to a fixed Filipino menu, and only choice of coffee...no juice or tea.....furthermore they didn't accept the credit card as payment but only cash....finally and I didn't understand why I paid 500 pesos more than the price provided by booking ???? why idk????

Friendly staff, great breakfast, safe and guest friendly environment. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again. The hotel is also just a few minutes away from Walking Street, restaurants, shopping, etc. You don't necessarily need a car or motorbike to get around in this location.

I liked the proximity to SM Clark and some local favorites like Jollibee and Chowking, it was also far enough from Fields Ave so there wasn't too much traffic noise.

Breakfast could have been better, I did not mind the Filipino breakfast but each time I went after 8 am, the food was cold and almost gone if not already.

The staff was very accommodating and quick to action when asked for assistance. The room was clean and check in and check out was easy. Hotel was 10 minute car ride from sm clark. Surrounding area was full of bars, not great for family trips but okay if you're group of friends.

Booking was with breakfast included, but it didn't say when we were booking that it's only 2 per room. 1 room was for 4 pax so we had to get 2 breakfast with supplement charges. I guess that's booking.com's fault for not providing that detail. The breakfast provided was a bit limited but tasted okay.

except for the breakfast as no buffet but ala carte...only given one choice although the corned beef was nice. another thing, the shower n water pressure was a bit weak. must have more better channels to watch.
