Open location, away from city center so may be best if you have a car. It's a fairly new location so everything is clean and the rooms setup is not very traditional but didn't mind it at all. It had everything we needed.

Only possible to park in garage and had to pay a parking fee of €15,50 for one night which was not mentioned beforehand. Don't expect a big table in the room if you're looking to do work on...

Breakfast was very fulfilling. We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Also small hints & remarks regarding Düsseldorf in the bathrooms of the rooms, I really liked them!

Staff was not very polite and smiley, especially the ones in reception and kitchen. Hope it was a 1-time situtation.

Big room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom with great shower. Fantastic Bluetooth sound system built into TV wall unit, really easy to connect and stream music from my phone. Food at the lounge bar is frozen pizza or frozen flammekueche re-heated in an oven. The flammekueche was really good (especially considering the price) and they had a good choice of wines. Hotel was brand new and excellent value for money. Car parking is either on the road outside for free or 15 eur in underground car park. We will be staying here again later in the year. 7 minutes by car to the airport.

New, modern, simple and clean. Kind helpful staff. Therefore there is no restaurant, there are some vending machines or they can save you at the bar with (frozen) pizza or goulash soup if you need a hot meal.

It is not a hotel minus but I want to warn all of you to dont take ifficial taxi waiting in front of the hotel. They charged me more than double then taxi companies you can order by your mobile application. The official taxi took mě from a hotel to Messe via highway around airport! So in that way it was longer and also the rate per km was much higher then from Uber or Bolt I normally used.

I stayed there just for 1 night, for my trip back from Dusseldorf airport; the location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from the airport. The room was very spacious (bathroom too), very clean, modernly decorated and the bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfy!! For this rate I found the facilities fair enough and the breakfast was very delicious.

The heating wasn't really so satisfactory or maybe I wasn't able to adjust it correctly :-( although I tried. I also didn't like the fact that you cannot open the window for safety reasons.

We only had a problem with the double bed, which is two single beds pushed together, it could have been a normal double bed. The breakfast area has two types of chairs: normal size and taller ones. Those taller chairs where the taller table is are heavier and not comfortable for shorter people. My boyfriend had to help me sit down. the parking lot could have an entry and exit card or better guidance on how to exit and enter. We got stuck on the way out.

Location was great, if you have a car. The hotel itself is very new. There is abundant parking. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Windows could not be opened at all. The safety thinking behind this is understandable on the fifth floor, but the fan is fairly loud. So it would have been nice to be able to at least tilt the windows. Additionally, the room was not cozy. It lacks a sofa or two comfy lounge chairs. There is one lounge chair and one desk chair, which is okayish, but the room is not a place you would want to spend a rainy day in.

I had a good stay in the Niu Hub. The staff was friendly, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with just enough options and good coffee. The parking lot is really nice, with entrance directly from the hotel and spacious parking places. Overall, a nice place to stay also on a budget.

The AC in the room was working continously, without the option to turn off the fan. I was having a cold during my stay and therefore I would really feel the fan blowing all night long. Even if I completely turned off the control unit, still the fan kept going. Maybe due to the fact that the windows were not opening.

Great service and very clean. The staff were really helpful and did all they could to keep us comfortable. Within the lobby there is a 24hour bar and access to any necessities, overall great value for money!

Sadly, the location is slightly out the way however only couple tram rides into city centre. There are no double beds, only single (joined) despite this made a little uncomfortable for me and my husband.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The lobby deserves a special mention — it’s a beautiful and comfortable space, perfect if you arrive before check-in time. Whether you need to get some work done, relax with a coffee, or enjoy a drink from the bar, the lobby offers a great atmosphere for all of that. Highly recommend this place!
