The personal approach from manager in dealing with a disappointment. The proximity to airport. The bathroom.

The prices at the restaurants. Because we're at the airport and not in a village where we can walk around and choose, I feel there's nothing wrong with having a high end restaurant with a great view but it would be nice if there could be a more budget friendly restaurant for people who are there because they've been stranded at the airport (airline problems, strikes, etc.)

I originally made the same booking for a week later but due to a hospital appointment I had to bring it forwarded. I was VERY disappointed that neither the hotel nor the booking agency would make a transfer. Therefore my one night stay was double the price. Maybe the management could have made some sort of compensation,

The room was very luxurious and exceeded every expectation. The beds were next level comfort- disappointing that I was only there for a night. Couldn't believe how close it was to the airport and metro station, without any of the noise.

I didn't like that the pool was indoors, especially in the middle of summer. In the pool area there were many children 8-10 years old that were very disruptive of the tranquility, noisy, splashing etc. In the staff's defense the member of staff who was supervising did come to tell the children/parents multiple times that they could not be splashing, yelling etc

Directly opposite Athens international airport, cross the airport access road and you are there. Very convenient for early morning flights. The staff is pleasant and professional, the rooms spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms have a good size. Its walking distance from the rental car drop off points, airport terminal bus and taxi stops stops and, although slightly longer walk via a bridge, also to a metro station.

Its definitely not cheap, but then bigger hotels right by the airport seldom are. Its a nice enough hotel but you pay premium for the convenience.

We upgraded to a suite which included access to the Club Lounge, more on that below. This was our second stay at the hotel on this trip having stayed the night we flew in to Athens and prior to our flight to Rhodes the next morning. This stay was the night prior to a long day getting back to the US via London. As before, the room was excellent. Bed and pillows comfortable as heck. Having a completely separate sitting area always suits us as one of us who shall remain nameless, gets up before the other. As we were on the Club Lounge floor we had a plate of fruit delivered which was very nice. The food in the restaurant we ate at was good and all of the staff were excellent throughout the facility. Getting to and from the airport is a breeze and only a short walk and an escalator ride making it excellent for our needs. As will be explained below, for one night, the "basic" room is more than sufficient and comfortable and in retrospect we would likely not upgrade in the future.

Upon reflection the upgrade was a bit frivolous as truthfully the basic room was as comfortable as the suite. The Club Lounge, while comfortable, did not really provide any extras to our stay and was nowhere near as good as other club lounges we have stayed at where one could enjoy a glass of wine and some light bites, sometimes enough to tide one over for the evening. There was a coffee machine which was nice, soft drinks and some other nibbles however for the cost of the upgrade, I would say it was disappointing.

Second time staying at this property and I will definitely be back. It is gorgeous everywhere inside and one min walk from the airport so perfect for a morning flight the next day. The rooftop bar is stunning and the amenities in the room are amazing (toiletry kits with loofah, dental kits, bathrobe and slippers). Bed is amazingly comfy. Staff super helpful!

The price is very high. I know it’s because it is the only hotel next to the airport but €375 is a little extensive.

Check-in was quick and our bags were delivered immediately. The room wasn’t quite as large as I had expected but it seemed was pleasant. The bed was delightfully comfortable and it was possible to shut out both light and noise from outside. The bathroom was a little disconcerting for me as there is a step up into the shower. I had to ask my husband to help me down. However, it was clean and well stocked. Breakfast is buffet style and there is plenty of choice including eggs any style cooked to order.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at Mesoghaia restaurant . The food and service were excellent. However, we found the environment rather sparse and empty. It is not a cosy place.

Vicky was wonderfully friendly when we checked in. Explaned everything that we needed to know. We got an upgrade, which was unexpected and the room was massive.we faced the runway and it was quiet. The bathroom was sensational and we made full use. Lovely fluffy robes and slippers to take. The bed was fantastic. Comfy and fresh. The room was dark at night and again, quiet.

Expensive restaurant onsite and rooftop wasn't open. The airport has good mix of food to choose from. Choice of TV channels not great. Weren't able to both have luggage on racks which is odd for 2 people

Friendly welcome, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, location is excellent.

The price. This is a very good hotel but it is only able to charge at such a high rate for one reason: people who have to get to the Athens airport relatively early in the day need to be very close (to avoid potential traffic delays); hence they must pay through the nose. In other words, guests are not paying for super luxury. We pay for the location.
