Spread of buffet breakfast items was tasty with courteous staff ever ready to serve if needed .

We understood prepayment is not needed and had made a special request for arrival between 5_6 pm .But still on the Day of arrival,while traveling we received a call from hotel saying if we don't make advance payment, reservation will be auto canceled. Fortunately being in a station we were able to do so . When enquired staff said booking.com says that but you should pay advance. I request Booking.com to get this clarified so that other travelers do not undergo same situation.

Great location. Very close to shops. Good interiors. Clean. Rooms were new & well designed. Extremely courteous staff. Since we had booked 2 rooms, they allowed us to check out from one room at 12pm & the other one at 2pm, without any late charges, since our flight was in the evening. Morning free breakfast was fantastic. So many options such as Idli, Vada, Upma, Paratha, Kesari Bath, Paddu, Pongal, 4 varieties of chutney, Sambar & Kurma. Cut fruits such as pine apple & guava. Grape juice. Bread toast. Lastly, freshly made tea & coffee. Truly exceptional breakfast.

Nothing. All good. Did not experience anything that i did not like.

Rooms were Clean and had all facilities. Friendly staff.

The hotel, its staff, cleanliness, food, everything was fantastic

we took an extra bed, i dint notice initially, but it was slanting, i had woken up in night for water and lost my balance and got a severe jerk to my shoulder as the bed was slanting! now i have returned to my home and noticing theres a severe muscle pull cos of that night. my left hand is stuck now, took xray too, docs told to rest my hand for 2 weeks! so just a caution, please be careful of that extra bed.

Breakfast was started bang at 7.00 am as committed - Sounds Fantastic. Location is easy accessibility. Room Service Staffs, House Keeping Staffs and Staffs in Dining area well training to address the guests with honor. I personally don't expect more than this for stay for 2 days.

Evening Time getting parking inside hotel is challenging because of even outsider who came only for Dinners are allowed to park with on the compound. Generally who book the facility or their stay prefere to park inside rather parking outside or near by area.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to Alipiri gate. Restaurant of the hotel is good. Good food at affordable rates. Staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Room size is small. We booked the room for three adults, but the room allocated to us was only for two. Extra bed was placed in the space of a chair. Hence, the room further became smaller. The hotel may allocate bigger rooms while taking the booking for 3 adults. Apart from the room size, Overall the experience in the hotel was very good. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Nice Hotel with good amenities and location is very near to claiming for temple. Hotel requires regular maintenance. the food though costly but excellent. So we dont feel the pinch. I have to narrate one incident. Initially i planned for myself, my wife and elder daughter, so I had booked one room. But later one the last day, my younger daughter came from abroad and decided to join us.. But another room was not available. Mr. Balu was kind enough to get me another room on the day of check-in and solved my greatest problem of the day. I thank all the staff.

Requires upgradation and regular maintenance.

Very friendly and helpful staff, right from the valet and concierge at the entrance to housekeeping, restaurant, billing.....all with friendly vibes and very responsive. Room was a bit small by my expectations, however, since one of our companions dropped out, we were good.

One of our travel companions had to drop out due to a personal exigency at the last moment. The hotel could not accommodate a reduction in price, and I had to pay full price for 3 though only 2 made it. It would have been nice if the hotel could have considered, as it was due to a sudden exigency.

The location was right at foot of hill, also the start point of alipiri route…….i travelled alone….the staff and facilities are really fantastic and supportive , I could say it’s first choice of stay in Tirupathi ….on a special note food was delicious, must try….i missed the breakfast due to early morning Darshan but all the other meals were top-notch.
