The hotel s easy to access with bus number 4. We got a room at the first floor. The bathroom, beddings and towels, everything was spotless clean. The highlight for me was definitely the bed and the pillow that I've slept on. I have never seen anything more comfortable. I have even checked tags to see their brand so that I could order them at home but unfortunately it wasn't written anywhere.

Everything was perfect! Clean, quiet and very comfortable room with amazing balcony. The location worked very well for us, because even if not in the city center it has a bus station almost in front of the hotel. 10min to central train station and the city centre. Supermarkets nearby. The staff was more than friendly and ready to help us.

Depends what you are looking for. The hotel is not situated in the center of the city but I liked the location because it is close the SS16 Adriatica road. If you have planned to travel to the neighboring cities, this is a perfect place to stay. The underground garage is very convenient. The hotel is good and the rooms are so large that they seem to be a little empty but they are very clean as well. One cannot expect the comfort of a 4 and 5 star hotels but it is a good place. It is a little strange that they have put signs in the bathrooms "Help us save water because every drop counts." The reason for these signs is that they probably have separate medium-size boilers for every room and you can run out of hot water if you decide to spend more time in the bathroom. The breakfast is not special but maybe it is just right for e 3 star hotel. But please pay attention that I did not write anything negative about the hotel just because it was good and a great value for money.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly. You have plenty of space. The towels can be replaced daily. You have a hairdrier and pretty much anything you need. There is a shop in the lobby with decent prices. You can buy breakfast at a slighty steep price. Overall a pleasant experience, if a little noisy.

Bari is a loud city. And you can hear it at night. Sometimes during the day the stuff was hammering on something. And the cleaning lady is especially loud. She has a record of slamming doors per minute. So sleeping late is not an option with her arround. She also broke our charger for some reason. We could not fiind out what business she had with it. The reception offered to exhange it. Added to the noise of the city is a lot of coil noise. The electric panel in every room is loud. And you can hear a lot of buzzing at night. Enough to affect the sleep quality.

We liked everything. We were greeted by very friendly staff at the reception. They gave us a lot of useful information and recommendations for visiting the city. Marianna and her colleague at the reception were especially kind, always smiling. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean. Pleasant and clean towels and bedding. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty, the food is fresh. We will definitely come back again.

It's a fair way out of town, so it's not ideal for a few days as a tourist. In saying that, though, there's a regular bus service that passes by to the train station and city centre. We chose it as we had an early flight and it's not far from the autostrade. It's perfect for a one night stay over for easy access to the airport.

Great friendly staff, rooms were massive and super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and at a great price, great place to stay, super recommend.

The shower didn't have a door, not an issue, but me being someone that easily splashes water around, I had to dry the outside of the shower a bit. I guess this says more about me than the hotel.

Great accommodation with a spacious room, very clean, and in a quiet location! The service was lovely, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and everything was very tasty. A fantastic stay overall—thank you for the excellent service!

Everything was great except for the shower without a shower curtain. Staff are supper nice. Location is good! Large rooms. Clean. Nice balcony. Really all is good. Need to put a shower curtain on the shower in room 506.

No shower curtain. Water ran into the main room. Ended up having to dry the floors to prevent flooding after showering instead of drying myself. Ate into my morning plans considerably because of this problem.

Hotel was great, with an excellent location with parking right in front of the building. Breakfast was delightful, and so was Reception. I'm glad we stayed there!

Would have been nice if the hotel had a restaurant because my wife cannot walk very far...so we ordered a good pizza!
