Very nice hotel with large free parking. Comfortable rooms. Nices wiming pool. Very good breakfast with various food selection. Good location to explore Umbrian beautiful cities. However you have to be by car if you want to go to Perugia old town. Restaurant is open for dinner. Goid food and fair prices. I would recommend this hotel and I was there for the second time.

Out od our 4 days visit one of two elevators was out of operation. So, it was time consuming waiting for the remaining one. This is not a 4 stars hotel level.

The hotel is modern with nice rooms and public spaces. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. It has a nice parking lot and is super convenient to the highway for touring around Perugia. Indoor swimming pool (5 euros extra + 2.50 for a bathing cap) is really great. Try the hydromassage if you can find the “on” button in the pool. Hotel restaurant is very good with friendly staff.

Despite the name, the hotel is not in Perugia itself, but a suburb. This is not a problem with a car (short drive to station, mini metro to center of Perugia), but a 25 euro cab ride each way without a car. If the hotel is full, the lobby is noisy and there is a lot of pressure on staff to keep up.

I arrived late on a Sunday evening from the airport and was informed the kitchen was closed. I was directed to a restaurant which kitchen also closed at 22h00. Perhaps the staff could be more informed next time where I could get a snack or sell a few snacky items at the reception. Appreciated them offering me a shuttle service to the train the next morning.

No food or snacks available after 22h00 on a Sunday!

I was in town for a wedding and needed to be close to my friends in Ponte San Giovanni for a few nights. The hotel was exceptionally clean and updated. The fitness facilities were awesome. The breakfast was top notch and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The fitness center did not have towels or water available like others do so I was unprepared. Needed a yoga mat as well.

The receptionist (female) was very kind, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, the hotel really deserves 4 stars, which is not always the case in Italy. All praise!

All staff is utterly friendly and hospitable! They really take good care of the guests and make you feel welcome. Kudos to the ladies at the reception, you are an example for the hotel industry!

Big rooms were quite okay bed was comfortable. Like most of Italy the pillows are too flat for me. Parking at the door was excellent & free!

The food we tried (dinner & breakfast) was diabolical & a disgrace such a big hotel

Very quiet, clean and spacious room. Very Large bed, very good mattress. Large bathroom, quite good breakfast buffet. Very nice staff

The location is a bit far from town, but we'll worth if one drives.

The comfort of the hotel and the shuttle to the airport. The staff were very pleasant and the meals good.

It would be helpful to have a printed few instructions in the room regarding air condition operation, facilities, water potability, etc..
