Swimming pool was promised on booking.com and wasn't available, while we stayed there. We could hear the main door open and close in our room for it was directly above. The first two days working-noises started in the early morning. But the last two days it was quiet.

The pool area is great for families. We spent hours in the pool with our kids (9 and 7). The staff are very nice and attentive. The location is excellent. Two minutes from the centre of Castiglioncello and walking distance to multiple beaches (most of them private though which means you have to book a spot). Off-street parking is available but not very spacious. I lost my keys and credit cards in the parking lot. They found them after I had left and mailed them back to me within a day!

The AC in the room was not working as effectively as I would have liked. Some of us found it quite hot during the night.

The service from the entire staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful, professional and attentive to our requests. The restaurant menu options were diverse and all of our meals were delicious. The outdoor lounge bar area was welcoming and the bartender -Elizabetta - was great at suggesting delicious unique cocktails. I would highly recommend this establishment to family and friends.

This is a hotel with a lot of potential. The location is perfect, has parking, and the staff are possibly the gentlest and most efficient that I have encountered in a long time.

One thing to improve would be the rooms (while comfy & clean, some would need a bit of renovation). Breakfast could be improved (e.g.add veggie, more types of cheese, more types of milk, eggs).

The location is great and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was quite spacious besides being a standard room, the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean and rather quiet. The room also had a nice balcony.

The parking was a bit cramped, however, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was nice, but it would have been great with some healthier options (e.g., yoghurt with high protein levels and little sugar and bananas).

Perfect location — walkable to everything you need or want! They even had a place for your toiletries in the shower that was not on the floor👏👏👏👏👏 Dinner was very good and the breakfast was delicious (apparently they own a pastry shop, too)🥰

Nice Sauna, parking for the car, the room was nice, we had a view of the sea from the balcony.

The breakfast was not particular innovative or enticing (but OK).

Staff is extremely friendly. Good bathroom and very nice indoor pool area. Very central and close to castle and sea. Good size rooms, too. Very recommendably for cyclists.
