We were in Sicily when the weather was a comforable 26-28c and slightly end-of-season. Were there to relax and take advantage of the pool, after staying in Trapani center. There were fewer people staying at this hotel at the time, The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable with friendly staff. The hotel is a bit ou of the way, It was a bonus that they had town bicycles that we hired. BRAVO! The the nearby restaurants serve very good food.

The hotel was a bit further from the nearest villages, and taxi from Trapani was more expensive than at first thought. For us, two days could have been enough, there's nothing in the area except the Salines.

The location, the restaurant nearby, very picturesque. The room is ample and has a minibar. The main mattress was very comfy! The staff was very nice. The location with the garden was great to relax and enjoy some silence with a view of the salines. Great breakfast in a beautiful room too !

A bit dusty in parts, some hair that didn't belong to me on the floor in the bathroom, and the bathroom shower is a bit outdated. Also, I'd put a coffee machine in the room. Or a tea kettle. Finally I'd open the windows a little before guests check-in because the room had a humidity smell to it when we first got in.

The views across the salt pans towards the Egadi islands. The good memory of the waitress at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good shower and towels. Excellent restaurant was only 200m away. The pool that included shady areas too.

The dusty car park and road but that couldn't be helped. No area for drying costumes and towels after a swim. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.

A very unusual place like an old fashioned hacienda. One stand out point is that if they book the restaurant for you, you get a front row seat for the sunset in front of the 40 other tables of non-guests. The restaurant is deservedly popular every night.

Just a bit tired and run-down . Staff seem miserable and not very helpful. They did reduce the number of ants in our bathroom . There should be great views to the salt flats and the sea but a 1m hedge surrounding the grounds means you have to stand up to enjoy the view.

Breakfast was buffet with an excellent selection to choose from. Breakfast room was very atmospheric and “Sicilian” with lovely decor, light and airy, cool and spacious. General ambiance was perfectly chilled in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful setting by the sea with great views in all directions. Secluded lush gardens with swimming pool.

Slightly bigger room would have been perfect but can’t do much about that. There were no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room (but a paid mini bar was provided).

Very friendly & welcoming staff - only too happy to help. The swimming pool was lovely and we were lucky to have use of it to ourselves for a while until over guests arrived/returned. Our room was great, and we particularly enjoyed the use of the terrace (including hot tub). Breakfast was lovely, fresh, with a wide selection of produce.

It was a shame we were only stayed for one night (before returning home from our holiday).

Wonderful situation overlooking salt pans. Very peaceful and our room with terrace and jacuzzi was great with fantastic views of sunsets. The swimming pool was also very nice with lots of seating around it. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived but the hotel arranged a taxi to take us to nearby restaurant which was very nice.

The restaurant in the old mill near the hotel which is the normal restaurant was not great - very slow service and badly cooked food the night we went.

The hotel is in a relatively remote spot by the salt pans but with a welcoming seafood trattoria just a stroll across the causeway. The museum next door to this was really interesting and you could buy products at a reasonable price. The gardens and sunsets were beautiful, and the pool a good size and often empty. Our room was very comfortable but we would have appreciated a coffee machine. There was a good choice at breakfast.

No coffee and tea facilities in the room.

The staff speaks practical English which was very helpful. Everyone was very kind. The beauty of the property and surroundings are amazing. The environment is comfortable, clean and welcoming.

This is likely an American issue, but there was not an option of a simple sandwich or snack to have unless you went into town to the Life Bar (which I recommend!). There were times we were just too tired after site seeing to go back out to eat.

Amazing estate, on the edge of salt pans and a neighbour to Salt Museum. Peaceful morning walks, stunning sunsets and great pool area. Location was perfect for making daily trips to Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Marsala, San Vito Lo Capo and Saline dello Stagnone. Or just relax by the pool in a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast had a lot of variety, served in a nice dinning room. Room was big and clean.
