I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, the area had all the food places nearby so that was very handy. This hotel need to watch their staff, I needed to book a taxi to go KLCC and one of the staff outside tried to scam me for 300 ringgit, I just said no thanks and downloaded the Grab App which only made the price 75 ringgit, that was the only one bad thing I have to criticise about, otherwise everything else was amazing.

I landed at 22:00 so couldnt use the free airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Because the shuttle is only offered between 7:00 to 21:00. This shuttle was one of the main reasons I favoured this hotel.

The service was exceptional from start to finish – the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of options, and the quality was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area!"

Only one suggestion: it would be great to offer chicken sausages instead of beef sausages, as many guests, especially Indian travelers, may avoid beef. Thank you.

The hotel location is 15 minute away from the airport. The room amenities is complete and spacious. There is a alot of eateries around the hotel and convenient stores. The hotel has shuttle service to the airport which is really a game changer and added convenience. If you want to sleep comfortably, do choose this hotel as your option rather than sleeping in the tiny capsule hotel in the airport. The price difference is justifiable if you prioritize comfort.

The price can be more competetive. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel can be arrange with customers who lands slightly later than 9pm as most layover passengers arrive around this time and have to catch the next morning flight. This are the pool of customer whom will choose to find a place to catch a good rest and shower.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Sepang for an overnight stopover and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from the airport, which made our transit smooth and stress-free. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They had a little table set up for the kids in the room, toiletries for the kids as well and also surprised our little one with some colouring books. I couldn’t fault the service everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. There are also so many interesting local stores and restaurants around the hotel I wish we had more time to explore them! Definitely a great spot for a short stay near the airport.

My second visit and it won't be the last. As airport hotels go, I just love this one. It doesn't feel like an airport hotel,and it's not really at the airport, ha ha. It's ugly from the outside and in an ugly area but it's 15 minutes in the shuttle from KLIA and surrounded (literally) by good, cheap, local eateries. Including a fabulous Indian place with the most miserable staff on earth but the best ever dosas. The staff in the hotel are incredibly sweet, friendly, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now, for an early flight or a late landing. Great pool and even a steam room included in the price and the room is large, bright and comfortable. It's worth staying 2 nights just to enjoy it!

Evening menu lets it down - very little for vegetarians/vegans, and nothing Asian for them. That's ok because as mentioned, there are lots of places all around, but I couldn't be bothered to go out and wanted a glass of wine, so I ordered a sandwich with potato wedges. They would have been quite nice, but arrived cold. Note to self - next time, if I fancy eating in, I'll bring snacks/instant noodles instead. No other complaints!

I generally hate airport hotels. Bland, faceless, ugly and completely charmless; expensive and in the middle of nowhere. The only reason you'd stay there is because you've got an early flight. Right? So I wasn't expecting much more from this place. But I have to say it's probably the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. Yes, it's ugly from the outside and the surroundings aren't particularly inspiring. But my room was so big and so comfortable, the staff so sweet, friendly and efficient, that I enjoyed my stay as if I were at a holiday resort. It was raining so I didn't even see the swimming pool, although I'd been looking forward to using it. I'm staying at the hotel again in 2 weeks and I'm thinking of arriving early just to make the most of the facilities! One of the best things is all the local restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The lovely lady on reception recommended an Indian-run place just opposite where I had the best dosa ever, for next to no money. So much better than stuffy, overpriced airport hotel food! That said, the breakfast is incredible. There is so much variety you'd need the whole day, and the appetite of a starving wolf, to get through it all. (Tip: it's cheaper to pay for it once you're there). The free shuttle to and from the airport is priceless, as it's not that close (15 minutes or so). But the location means it's not at all noisy, and you can't hear the planes at all. Altogether an excellent, and recommended, stay.

Of course it's pricey (for me: budget traveller). Breakfast is also expensive. But it's better value than most of the similar places I've stayed in. The airport shuttle goes only every 2 hours, so you may end up a bit early or a bit late for your flight, or have a long wait to be picked up. But it's free, it's convenient and it's efficient so it's a small complaint.

15 minutes from the airport. There is a small mall and loads of eating places nearby. Check-in was quick. A nice lobby area. Our room was a good size. The bed was comfy. A decent shower and toiletries. We didn't hear any noise. Breakfast has something for everyone. We used Grab for a nice day shopping at the IOI mall. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, we waited for the free shuttle service ( we asked nine different people, and got sent up and down, up and down) We waited an hour, then finally got a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel. we found out it was every 2 HOURS!! That is ridiculous!! So, don't bother, get a taxi....50MR. Going back, we got a Grab 30MR. So, beware of the times! Our room could have been a bit better decorated, etc, for a new hotel...its dull!

It was great having a swimming pool, and we appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

We booked a family room with bunk beds for the kids but these were tiny - more suited to 8 years and under rather than our (small for their age) 9 and 11 year old. I ended up sleeping on one and my daughter shared the double with my husband as she likes to sleep stretched out - which meant she was hanging off the bed (luckily I sleep curled up so I was just about ok). If you have younger children this room would be perfect for you.
