I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, the area had all the food places nearby so that was very handy. This hotel need to watch their staff, I needed to book a taxi to go KLCC and one of the staff outside tried to scam me for 300 ringgit, I just said no thanks and downloaded the Grab App which only made the price 75 ringgit, that was the only one bad thing I have to criticise about, otherwise everything else was amazing.

I landed at 22:00 so couldnt use the free airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Because the shuttle is only offered between 7:00 to 21:00. This shuttle was one of the main reasons I favoured this hotel.

The service was exceptional from start to finish – the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of options, and the quality was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area!"

Only one suggestion: it would be great to offer chicken sausages instead of beef sausages, as many guests, especially Indian travelers, may avoid beef. Thank you.

The hotel location is 15 minute away from the airport. The room amenities is complete and spacious. There is a alot of eateries around the hotel and convenient stores. The hotel has shuttle service to the airport which is really a game changer and added convenience. If you want to sleep comfortably, do choose this hotel as your option rather than sleeping in the tiny capsule hotel in the airport. The price difference is justifiable if you prioritize comfort.

The price can be more competetive. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel can be arrange with customers who lands slightly later than 9pm as most layover passengers arrive around this time and have to catch the next morning flight. This are the pool of customer whom will choose to find a place to catch a good rest and shower.

I generally hate airport hotels. Bland, faceless, ugly and completely charmless; expensive and in the middle of nowhere. The only reason you'd stay there is because you've got an early flight. Right? So I wasn't expecting much more from this place. But I have to say it's probably the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. Yes, it's ugly from the outside and the surroundings aren't particularly inspiring. But my room was so big and so comfortable, the staff so sweet, friendly and efficient, that I enjoyed my stay as if I were at a holiday resort. It was raining so I didn't even see the swimming pool, although I'd been looking forward to using it. I'm staying at the hotel again in 2 weeks and I'm thinking of arriving early just to make the most of the facilities! One of the best things is all the local restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The lovely lady on reception recommended an Indian-run place just opposite where I had the best dosa ever, for next to no money. So much better than stuffy, overpriced airport hotel food! That said, the breakfast is incredible. There is so much variety you'd need the whole day, and the appetite of a starving wolf, to get through it all. (Tip: it's cheaper to pay for it once you're there). The free shuttle to and from the airport is priceless, as it's not that close (15 minutes or so). But the location means it's not at all noisy, and you can't hear the planes at all. Altogether an excellent, and recommended, stay.

Of course it's pricey (for me: budget traveller). Breakfast is also expensive. But it's better value than most of the similar places I've stayed in. The airport shuttle goes only every 2 hours, so you may end up a bit early or a bit late for your flight, or have a long wait to be picked up. But it's free, it's convenient and it's efficient so it's a small complaint.

15 minutes from the airport. There is a small mall and loads of eating places nearby. Check-in was quick. A nice lobby area. Our room was a good size. The bed was comfy. A decent shower and toiletries. We didn't hear any noise. Breakfast has something for everyone. We used Grab for a nice day shopping at the IOI mall. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, we waited for the free shuttle service ( we asked nine different people, and got sent up and down, up and down) We waited an hour, then finally got a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel. we found out it was every 2 HOURS!! That is ridiculous!! So, don't bother, get a taxi....50MR. Going back, we got a Grab 30MR. So, beware of the times! Our room could have been a bit better decorated, etc, for a new hotel...its dull!

Using lifts by key cards and we had 3 rooms in 3 different levels, made it difficult for my family member’s

-Accommodation chosen for its proximity to KLIA airport, approximately 15 minutes by GRAB. -However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service between the Hotel and the Airport at various times throughout the day. -Good breakfast and we had the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel, the food was very good.

-The area around the Hotel did not seem particularly attractive to us, but as I said, the Hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the airport. -If the idea is to visit KLCC, then this hotel is quite far away.

Perfect if you need a stay near the airport. I had a flight very early and couldn't risk the traffic from KL to the Airport. Location is outside KL but the area is very lively and even had local bazars right in front of the airport which sold goods and food much much cheaper than in KL. The complimentary shuttle service is also excellent and dependable. Use it to go to Mitsui outlet mall during your stay and also to get to and from the airport at no cost. I researched other hotels which were right next to the airport but they weren't as dependablein their transfer as this one. The staff is exceptionally helpful and didn't hesitate to help in a lot of extra requests which we had. They even helped me to re-ship an online order which was supposed to arrive during my stay but arrived late. They were also aware of our flight timing and arranged the wake up call, baggage collection, and the suitable time to go to KLIA accordingly. Overall in my opinion it's highly recommended to stay here in case you'd like to do some shopping. Or Maybe you have an internal flight to another place inside malaysia you can store your luggage with the hotel and come back here again. Food served in the breakfast was also excellent in both taste and freshness and had many varieties.

Nothing to dislike. Just make sure to know the shuttle bus timings and where the pickup point is (before) you come to avoid missing it.
