I loved the hotel, great gym and the staff was always super nice. Lovely breakfast and great location. We did get one of the worst rooms. We are a male couple and they often give us an inferior room for whatever reason, all neighboring rooms were clearly better and had views. Ours had a tiny window, it was dark all day because the curtains didn’t open and it was in between the building with views of a wall, while there were so many other rooms available. The pool is extremely shallow, it’s basically a kids pool.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, the linens were very clean and white as it’s supposed to be . Everything was great. Breakfast had a large variety of food with many options.

They do not have gluten-free bread and it seems like they’re not too familiar with that ,which is going to be a problem for customers with gluten intolerance.

Very clean and well located within the city. Service was impeccable and the staff is very friendly. You'll have a peaceful night even though it's in the center of the city. It's well insulated, no noise was heard.

The surroundings aren't exactly pedestrian friendly, so you might want to be really careful when trying to cross streets during the day if you're going anywhere nearby.

Had an amazing stay at this Hilton hotel in the center of Managua. Great location, lovely decor, friendly and welcoming staff, outstanding breakfast, and a great spacious room.

There’s not much I can say that I didn’t like about this property, it does look a bit old in parts and could use some renovations though.

everything you’d expect from a Hilton - clean, large comfortable beds, room service was efficient and food was absolutely delicious. and the breakfast spread was great.

we arrived late at night and they asked to hold our passports overnight, which we didn’t feel comfortable with, but we weren’t given much choice. we found out later that some establishments use old technology to record passport info, which requires them to hold your passport, so something to be aware of! the staff also spoke no English, so recommend brushing up on Spanish or having google translate handy. otherwise, really good stay!

The room was very quiet, clean, good smell, quiet aircon, very good bed & pillows, nice location with good restaurants at walking distance, free parking. We will come back.

I don't like that they block your credit card with a higher amount than the total amount of the booking. Fortunately, it will eventually be settled, but in my opinion it makes no sense to do that.

Location was great, the room had iron and iron board (usually need to ask for it elsewhere), bar opens until late, great breakfast and hotel helped us to exchange some money at market rate when we ran out of local currency, thanks!

One lamp light didn't work, so at night it was a bit dim.

the rooms are large, the bed is super comfortable and my room was really silent so I slept great. wifi is very good. the staff is very nice and accommodating. the breakfast is good, the food at the restaurant is great (the portions are huge).

the shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower and I kept making a pool outside every day. the a/c at the gym has a fixed temperature which is not cold enough.

It’s my second visit to this establishment and I enjoy staying here obviously. It’s cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The staff are always very friendly and the pool is wonderful.

The only issue I have is that the executive lounge is still not open and it doesn’t state this on the website although they do compensate for this at the bar with a couple of free drinks and canapés. It would be nice to know if they intend to reopen the lounge eventually as it’s been closed since COVID.

I loved how friendly and attentive the staff were! they went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed. the room itself was beautiful and clean. I truly hope to stay here again one day! 1000000/10

the door was about an inch bigger than the door frame and didn’t allow the door to close completely. but that wasn’t something that I really cared about.
