Everything was spotless. The bedsheets were impeccable, extra large bed in the junior suite, the temperature was just right for such a cold night (6°C) without needing to adjust it. The room has a tub which is a plus. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of cold and warm options and the coffee was tasty.

9/10 for two aspects which MUST be improved. There is no sensor/ night light for the light switch when you enter the Junior suite. It is pitch black when you enter at night, the light in the hallway turns off automatically in seconds, and you cannot find where the switch is to insert the card, which happens to be behind the door ?!? I tripped over the small coffee table that sits just next to the entrance door. SAFETY HAZARD!! The other light switches in the room all have a light sensor when they are off but the card is inserted, of course. Also, the spa and the hotel are in different buildings not connected to each other via the indoors. Imagine coming out in your bathrobe from the spa to enter the hotel through the open courtyard. Not fun!

Excellent sized room with pleasant sitting room area and balcony with view over the salinas- very comfortable large bed - well equipped bathroom - well appointed dining room. Spa area very good

A bit short on facilities generally - in the room and in the hotel. No kettle. Poor wifi. Missing a cafe area - the bar was OK but a bit basic and no snack food. Breakfast good but not exceptional

Great location, good choice at breakfast

Reception lady , upon arrival, allocated a room on the internal corners that was not private or secure from next door, I returned to reception, asked for another room, then she gave me the exact same corner room 2 floors down that I specifically said I did not want. 2nd time I returned to the reception, I asked for the Manager who dealt with the problem immediately and upgraded us. I had stayed her several times before, so suggest all users request they do not have internal corner rooms if you don't want to look directly at your neighbour on your balcony.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were very comfy and clean. Cleaners came in every day and left clean towels. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The Spa area was an added bonus and very relaxing. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it.

you need to pay for the hamman area of the spa. you need to wear a cap for the spa pool. the location it's not perfect to go walking somewhere, but it's easy with the car.

The food was very good and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly & polite. They were very efficient at clearing our used plates while we were still at the table eating. We would definitely return there again.

The only thing that we missed was something going on in the evening in the hotel, perhaps light entertainment ie music, to listen to along with a drink.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and good pillows. Very clean. Nice view to the sea but obstructed by the desalination plant across the road from some lower floor rooms.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast OK but hot items not kept warm enough. Dinner buffet again not very hot and limited choice, not great value for 29€ a head unless you drink a lot of the included wine. Not much within easy walking distance, not the hotels fault but just fyi. Can be a bit smelly in the outdoor areas which I believe is caused by the desalination plant.

Spa was great and quite big. Room was comfortable and breakfast will fill you for rest of day.

This hotel is not for small kids. Despite the fact that babysitting was mentioned on website there was none. Balcony is build that it can be dangerous for small kids. Only one out of two elevators was working which was sometimes a problem.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool is lovely, the water is a lovely temperature. The food was really nice with wine included for dinner. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The marine circuit is still closed even though it is advertised as open on the website and various locations in the lobby area.

Choice and selection food was good . We liked that you could order fresh fish cooked to our liking for dinner and lunch. Wine with lunch and dinner was great. The spa was to good have and a different experience for us . Hotel was clean in all areas and staff friendly and helpful.

The Restaurant was more like a canteen rather than a restaurant so no atmosphere . Swimming pool in amin hotel shut quite early. We would have liked some entertainment , there was some at the end of the week but not when we were there.
