I enjoyed the rooftop experience and the included American Breakfast was exceptional

I was VERY surprised to see a barking dog on his own pool chaise in the middle of the row of chaise, impeding other people from choosing a chaise in that area and I was most upset by a group of children screaming and playing Marco Polo for hours. This is not a moderately priced family resort. Kids welcome, of course, but, no control over the pool area in such a high priced property caused those not with small children to not enjoy their rooftop experience.

House keeping They kept talking in front of my room with loud voice When they clean my room they don’t restock the toilet such as vanity kit The decoration of the hotel is annoying, the red color at the lobby and the room decoration and design is too old , the beds are not good

From the moment we arrived early in the morning to the time we left having to change plans due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Hilary, the staff were accomodating and exceptional. Every single staff member we dealt with from reception, car service, valet and concierge were the best we have encountered. After we left the SLS, We travelled to another hotel in your group and have been disappointed at every touch point - from the cleanliness of the rooms to every interaction with staff members. I would highly recommend SLS purely on your staff. Thank you.

Shower over bath is annoying - I had requested a walk in shower as we always find the showers over baths flood. Didn’t want to cause a fuss since staff had been so kind to let us in to our room early due to our arrive after a long haul flight from Australia.

There were extra fees that I had to pay There is a destination fee And car valet park fees were overpriced (note: there is no self parking service)

Had a problem with breakfast ....Told the waitress my partner was extremely allergic to garlic Chef didn't pay attention and my girlfriends throat closed up ...Not good . After that experience breakfast was good all week ..

Beautiful room, great size, awesome bathroom and nice decor. All the staff were very friendly.

The bathmats were all frayed - not what you expect of such a property. There was a union strike outside whilst we were there. Certainly not the hotel‘s fault but their contingency plan was so la la as our room was not cleaned very well and bed not made well either.

Everything! From the interior details of the property to the the softness of the sheets and attitude of the staff. Loved it.

No mini bar whatsoever and In room dining menu not that exciting

The property is stunning and in a good location in Beverly Hills. The room was amazing however only thing, the beds were small.

Nice property, great roof deck pool, bar. Room was large and nicely appointed. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Customer service excellent.

Experience was excellent except for one thing—getting a seat for breakfast, gave up and went elsewhere. Hostess was inattentive.

Hallways were like a maze. Need more signage to find elevator. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff great. Interesting decor.
