With the exception of one woman who seemed like everything was an inconvenience, the staff was exceptional, Ms. Cynthia that works the morning breakfast shift was a true pleasure and joy to talk to and deal with in the mornings as well as the rest of the morning shift

There is a woman that works the afternoon/ evening shift ( not sure which one applies ) every time I spoke to her or asked her for anything what so ever it seemed like an inconvenience to her ( the hospitality industry definitely does not suit her, I can speak honestly about this- I've been working in Property Mgmt for 15 yrs)

Everything was very clean. All of the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. The location was great! Convenient to everything you need. Pool was clean!

The beds were not as comfy as we’d hoped. You could feel the springs when you sat or laid on the beds. The pool area could’ve been a little cleaner. The table top was hanging off of the table and the pool towels were empty.

The lady managing the dining area for breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Location was convenient to shops and walking distance to restaurants. There is parking on site at a fee. We were playing golf at True Blue and the location was excellent.

The breakfast was fairly basic and they were out of yoghurt which left little choice unless you wanted waffles or long life pasteries. I also didn't like the staff dishing their breakfast between us.

The location was great as my daughter and grandchildren ( my reason for coming to Pawleys Island) were only a couple of miles away!

I had some difficulty with the soda vending machine . It wouldn’t take my card so I tried it a few times until I finally got a drink. I then looked at my bank statement, and I had been charged $10. However, within 24hours, the charge had been removed from my card.

Everyone was very friendly wow I was trying to change reservation days and stuff. The receptionist Rebecca was very helpful and patient with me outstanding customer service Rebecca.

I liked everything about the property family friendly food was good staffed at set. The food up was excellent. The ladies were on their job. Doing a very great job to make sure they restocked and replenish food service workers excellent.

Once in the bed, it was very comfortable. For breakfast, the eggs, sausage, and (my wife's favorite) French Toast Sticks were very good. The breakfast area attendant was great.

The bed is quite high and my wife had a hard time getting into it. Once I fixed my coffee with 1/2+1/2 and sugar, it tasted like 1/2+1/2 and sugar - no discernable coffee taste. The orange juice was quite watery as well.

The location was perfect as we were visiting specifically for Brookgreen Gardens Summer Lights Art by Night. Short drive to Murrels Inlet for dinner and Huntington State Park for the beach. Easy to find right on 17 Easy on, easy off Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast hours were 7-10 and there was a good variety of food available. Mrs. Cynthia was a charming breakfast hostess. Not fancy but a great value for the price and location.

There were a few issues with our room but nothing major that would keep me from booking again.

We had a very nice overnight stay in early March. We chose those best Western based on the great reviews and I will say that I agree with all of them, clean , looked newly remodeled , friendly staff, great breakfast, and a fitness room. The hotel is located next door to fresh market grocery store and is very close to Merrell's inlet. We will definitely stay again.

Good staff...easy checkin. Good location. A pretty good facility in good overall condition with what I would term normal wear and tear.

The bathroom floor in our room had not been well cleaned...you should do the corners too, not just the middle. Not good to see a mixture of hair and dust balls. End of tub noticably stained or covered from soap buildup from obvious soap dispensers leakage....didn't attempt to ascertain which. Attention to detail in cleaning and some spot painting could have made this a better review and score.

Checkin Lady was very nice and professional. I asked for a quiet room and she gave me the 2nd floor. I slept like a baby! Very clean bed! Restroom was clean also. The entire room was, I didn't even Sanitize the room like I do normally. I was exhausted and I felt comfortable enough to go straight to bed!
