Love the place being pet friendly! Love that we were able to get a 2bdrm suite! The beds were actually really comfortable and clean however the floors were stained and the counters and things were a bit dusty. The breakfast was lacking also. The bagels were good but the sausage and eggs, yuck. I just gave them to the pup. Lol the price was good and the location was good. Close to the beach so that's nice! Overall the pros deff outweigh the cons and it was a great stay!

Breakfast needs better options and more of them. Maybe add some fresh fruit options or bacon or oatmeal or something. Also I understand with a pet friendly hotel there are bound to be floor stains but u would think with the deposit you pay they could afford to have them professionally cleaned.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the location was near major shopping centers. The food was decent, but being that most Americans today are health conscious, we'd like turkey sausage to replace pork.

The pillows looked fluffy but when we laid down, they were noticeably worn. The carpet was moldy, so a good steam cleaning would brighten and refresh the room. The noise coming from the ice machine and hallway was noticeably loud, so the rooms could use some insulation to drown out the noise. The internet service had a weak to moderate signal. The breakfast menu needs to offer fresh fruit, granola, nuts (walnuts), and oat meal. Staff were in the back office and it took a few minutes to check in and check out, so it is essential that they remain at the front desk to attend to guest needs.

The breakfast was excellent. The menu change everyday and it was fully stocked with food. The indoor pool stay open until midnight. They had coffee and lemonade in the lobby. There was always somebody cleaning the place. The staff was very friendly and room was very spacious. It was only 10 minutes away from surf side beach and 25 minutes from Myrtle Beach . Walking distance to dollar tree, family dollar, Wendy's and cracker barrel. T

The only clean the room ever three days. I didn't mind but some other customers had an issues. You have to ask for clean towels.

Hotel was not what you expect from Radisson, defintely needs updates ( paint, clean carpet or replace it) front desk personnel not really friendly she was not happy to be at work. Breakfast was decent, more variety than most hotels. Would only stay at this location again if I had no other choice. Sorry but for the price and the reputation, of Radisson I just expected more.

It was pet friendly, had breakfast, and clean rooms

They only took debit card or credit cards.You could not pay with cash. We had to drive 30 minutes to the closest bank to put money in and the bank was not open and the ATM was down. So then we had to drive even further to find another bank.

It was a great location as it was close to the beach, food, and our dinner theatre. The facilities were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing each day. Check in was online through the phone so it was super easy to get into my room upon arrival.

Parking was a little tight but it was very doable.

The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly.

Everything from the breakfast bar, the super friendly and accommodating staff, and the cleanliness of every area of this hotel would make me choose this and recommend this to anyone else. I lost my house and needed some place urgently, and they welcomed me and helped me in anyway they possibly could. I am forever. Thankful for their kindness and support during a very difficult time

I have not one complaint, and I am pretty critical growing up in hotel management

The manager was so nice. My card was charged twice and he refunded it right away and when my door didn’t open he upgraded my room to a jacuzzi room. Very great service from him. The lady with curly hair not so much.

The service was excellent and very friendly, room was bigger than expected and very comfortable and the breakfast was great!! Had everything you would have wanted to eat and more. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice and was heated. That was a nice feature 👌

Just the carpet going out the elevator to the rooms, lot of stains and looked dirty. Buy that's about it.
