Private access which made it less crowded. It had so many amenities and a short walk to the beach.

A small elevator which only held 6 people at a time and had to wait awhile on it

The resort itself was huge, the pools and hot tubs were clean and everything was easily accessible. The last day I was there, the elevator by my room was broken so the only option was to take the stairs or walk to the other end of the building.

The condo was in TERRIBLE condition. I walked in to flooring that was peeled up and would catch your feet and shoes when you walk and a broken tv in the master. Trash, hair and dirt on the floors. Literal food left on the sofa and on the floor around the kitchen. There were also cups and snack wrappers pushed under the sofa and both beds. Upon arrival there was not even sheets for the master. I also had to pay to wash the bedding that was delivered after my arrival and I had to make the beds as well. There were no towels, those had to be ordered and delivered from a local retailer and I also had to pay and take time out of my vacation to wash them so they could be used as well. There were no rugs in the bathrooms so I had to use 2 of the few towels that were delivered as rugs to avoid slipping when getting out of the shower. The master bathroom tub dripped during my entire stay. The sofas and bedding covers were so disgusting, I didn't even want to touch them. The only positive part of the experience was that the host did respond quickly. The condo is definitely not up to par and needs a lot of repair, replacement and deep cleaning.
