It was clean inside and outside. It was very close to the beach. Thankful there is an elevator. Two parking passes. Able to see the ocean on both sides of condo.

Nothing major just a few minor things. •Would like more pool lighting around the outside of pool for night time! •Our pull out couch was bent and somewhat difficult to sleep on, but we managed. •Could not get the gaming systems to hook up to the tvs and the wifi password was not working for the game system but it did work for our phones, not sure why. •Wish there was laundry area that was free to use. Difficult to get quarters since we aren’t local.

Nicely decorated , stocked kitchen for cooking meals ( with some extra spices) coffee and creamers and a waffle bar. The bed was so comfortable and access to multiple tvs. There’s also seating on the deck to relax and sip on cocktails or have your morning coffee. They have everything you need for a trip to the beach ( warmer months) and also offer rental of golf cart . Communication was great , very welcoming and helpful and responded quickly.

The place was meticulously clean. You could get in contact with the owner or property manager at any time. Beach was right across the street along with the Holiday Inn for food and drinks. View of the ocean was ok, side view. The condo was stocked with anything you would need.

The only thing, which was not really a thing, was a few broken items, but nothing major.

They left us water, condiments, teabags. We'll stocked with paper towels, toilet paper. Came with plenty of towels. Beach access right across the street. Walking distance to some good restaurants. Communication with property owner very easy and always had prompt responses to any questions.

The golf cart drivers didn't pull over for cars to pass on the main road.

Everything! The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The added amenities were awesome, plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs in a wagon in the closet, to a well stocked drawer of kcup sections for the coffee maker. Great to have the Rokus set up for guest mode that sign out all accounts at check out. Probably the best part was the separate rooms to give my wife and I a bit of peace from our kids!

Dog poop where your car was parked and where you walked but that was not the condo I stayed in it was the ones that could have dogs in . I will rent again soon

there is nothing bad i can say about this property or the management. i had one concern which I inquired about upon arrival and within 3 minutes, I had an answer. I would absolutely stay there again!

Kitchen is a little small and could use some updates, but we didn’t do much cooking during our stay

The location and layout were great exceptionalas well as the owner and her property manager. Very responsive and friendly.

The host was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had anything that we needed to make sure all had an amazing time.
