Clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Good water pressure and hot water in the shower on the 4th floor! My husband and I enjoy the beach and don’t look for a lot of entertainment although we ate at a couple of really good closeby restaurants The view from our balcony was awesome and the beach was not overcrowded. Close enough to the piers if we wanted to go out Overall a really nice experience Plenty of clean towels, and even supplied coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc Everything worked well that we used

Communication could have been a little better. The phone number listed didn’t work so I ended up looking one up online to ask how I got checkin info. All worked fine but we didn’t know any of the info until 2 pm the day of check in

We came for a week long stay, this was our first time to garden city beach and we LOVED IT! The condo is right on the beach, beautiful view from the balcony, the beach is quiet, so close to the pier and town. You can be at Walmart in like 2 minutes! The condo itself (we had room 205). Was amazing! Squeaky clean! Elevator to help you get up to your floor with your luggage. Really nice pool and the pool furniture is really comfy as well. There honestly wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like that im aware of. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Roll out couch was comfy as a bed, all the beds were so comfy!!!! The comforters on the beds were so comfy I was looking them up trying to find out where they’re from in hopes to order one for my home. We were contacted multiple times by the hosts to make sure all was well and we didn’t need anything. We would love to come back here again!!! Absolutely amazing stay here! 🩷

The condo was perfect for us! Loved the space, 2 bdrooms and 2 baths. Ocean front with balcony was awesome!! The outlet in one of the bathrooms did not work and I told the desk clerk. The desk clerk gave me several passwords to try, but none of them worked. I even unplugged and rebooted, but no good. Was okay for us, because we really didn't need it. Other than that, I hope we can stay here again! Thank you!!

Most of all the apartment and the group of people that come there it was very laid back and Comfortable no loud noise no Partying me and my family enjoyed it and we will be returning next year to be honest I didn't won't to go usually I'm ready to go home but I really enjoyed the Quietness

My son said when he first came in he seen a roach and the phone in the living room didn't have a cord to it and they didn't have any food Menu

3 adults and 2 toddlers ( age 3 and 6 ) stayed in unit 205. It is just as the photos show! This is a clean oceanfront condo with a grocery store, pier, beach stores, restaurants within walking or a short drive. It has a full working and adequately stocked kitchen ( electric appliances ), enough parking, and a fantastic location. This is a short distance from Myrtle Beach Skywheel ( +/- 30 minutes ). Parking is quite tight underneath the units on ground floor but I was able to navigate a minivan comfortably and never had an issue with getting a parking spot. We treated the property as if was our own home and plan on staying here again! There were no issues with check in or check out.

The view was amazing from the balcony!!! Nicely decorated condo and the towels and bedding were fabulous! Easy coded access to room. Close to pier.

Hard to get TV in living room to work. Parking pass was not in room so had to contact property manager to get one delivered to us. Housekeeping tried to come in room at 9:00 am on check out day. Parking under condo is tight so bring a small car.

I loved the location and quiet room. We were very close to the pier which was nice! I loved the condo layout! Very comfortable and cozy felt like home!

We called and informed the staff that the master bedroom shower was clogged and overflowing. Also that the water would not stay warm. They acknowledged the complaint but never sent any maintenance to come and address the problem. So we all had to take turns showering which was aggravating.

The location was perfect! The condo was also clean and affordable. We really enjoyed our stay!!

At checkout, a stranger barged into the condo using the code, yelling to us that it was time to checkout. I was pulling my pants up, and clearly, I could have been naked. He was very rude. There is no way he didn't see our belongings packed up and ready to be pushed out on the cart. Rudely, he threw us out because we were 10 minutes past checkout time.

Location was great, right on the beach! The place was so clean inside and cute! Loved all the room we had and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer/dryer was so helpful to have. It was amazing to have a meal on the balcony with a great view. It was a short walk up to the shops to do a little shopping and a grocery store was not far. Loved that all the basics in the kitchen were there if needed. Also the outside shower to get all the sand off before coming up to the room was amazing.

The parking was tight.

Our room was very clean. Towels were fluffy and white. Bedding felt clean. Floors were clean. I liked the laminate flooring and a few rugs. It didn’t feel gross like a carpeted hotel. View was perfect, overlooking the ocean. The only negative was we didn’t realize it was bike week so it was very difficult to sleep, but that had nothing to do with the actual room. Parking was tight but that’s how most are in beach towns. Request the top floor. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors either and we had folks on each side. Balconies were very private as well.
