The room was spacious, and I loved the view. The waterslide was awesome. The beach was beautiful and my girls loved going to the pool.

I wish there was a pool area with the waterslide. The staff would not change the linens when requested. They gave you the linens, and you had to change it yourself. The lazy river needs a better filtration system for the sand that is brought in from the beach and more pull or force to keep people moving.

Loved the resort always have. Love it being right on the beachfront and being able to have a beachfront view. Also loved the staff they were so kind and accommodating.

Felt as though there is not enough ventilation at the indoor pools for the times we are living in, also the pool walls need to be cleaned they have alot of built up dirt and grim on them. As well as the filtration in the pools seemed to not be working, we actually ended up getting out of the pools due to adults who were drinking acting out and mucus floating in the water.

The room was nice, the staff was nice, however I thought we had ocean front, however it was ocean view, we were disappointed as I read the add wrong I assume, otherwise it was a great place to stay

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't know about the $200 hold for the room. That was a bit much for a hold.

Location was awesome only thing wrong is I paid for 4 rooms with all ocean views and I was put on the side with partial ocean views.

The ocean views I paid extra to have and had partial views.

This place had more places to swim and mor hot tubs than anywhere I have ever been. Awesome. The thing I disliked was they kept 250.00$ of my money till I checked out. That is far too much.

We have been coming there for 20 years or more We just don’t want to go anywhere else

What I didn’t like was the fact that booking.com got our room all wrong We requested ocean view and 2 queen beds which neither of we got.

Out of date for those prices , and charging to park is crazy being I paid all that money to stay . Front desk staff extremely slow . Sheets had stains on them. And housekeeping knocking on door at 8, check out ain’t till 11.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The outdoor pool and whirlpool was excellent.

The elevators need air conditioning. The indoor pool area needs to be brightened. The stairway leading to the indoor pool is dark, with raggedy carpet. Doesn't seem safe .

The tub was stopped up in the bathroom alot of noise in hallway kids and adults yelling throughout night. Waterpark wasn't open on day of stay, didn't open until next day.
