I enjoyed that I was able to check in effortlessly. As a late check-in, it was beneficial to be able to bypass the norm and get settled. I always sleep well in a Hampton bed. The room on arrival was well lit, and my name on the TV screen was welcoming. I wolf stay again.

Bathroom shower tracking/trim kind of gross. Probably could come clean if given a real good elbow clean. The Rug in the room was stained heavily in several places, not appealing to the eyes, and I wouldn't want to walk barefoot on the rug. The breakfast eggs were not pleasing, and it was noticeable that they were some sort of instant egg.

They gave extra when Booking.com gave them a virtual card that declined, seeing that I had a confirmation and my money was charged. They talked with customer service to resolve issue. There was no other hotel with rooms in 30 mi.

I didn't like after having a horrific experience at the previous Booking.com reservation with Quality inn, and had to leave for Marijuana smells and room smoked out, that was supposed to be a non smoking King. I'm disabled and I had a hard time with luggage and hadn't taken my meds, and Booking.com holds me up futher with a declined card. Absolutely absurd and painful for me. This gave me anxieties when I saw police going to the hotel 15 min after I was gone and now a declined card.

The rooms are always comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! 😀 We got two rooms this time and one of them had an issue with the window leaving after a bad storm. We were given a new room immediately with no problem. Excellent customer service! This is our 3rd year starting here, and we plan on making this a tradition. ❤️

Clean safe friendly staff. The lady who worked the night early morning shift was great. She had the breakfast ready for us before we left for hunting, she definitely deserves a pay raise or to move up the staff pole.

Friendly, professional staff. Everything was clean and fresh. Everything in the room was stocked and in order. The breakfast menu was beyond our expectations. The food was great.

Ted and Janine (at front desk) were both friendly and hospitable. I appreciated that they took the time to listen and answer my questions!!! Breakfast was good. It was a busy day with lots of guests but the food was replenished quickly.

Outdoor seating (by breakfast area) was in bad shape. It was both dirty and damaged.

I liked the accommodations. I like the professionalism and pleasantry of the staff.

The carpets in the rooms had an unpleasant smell. They need to be shampooed.

Breakfast was good. It would be nice to have a shuttle service to Georgetown even if you had to pay. Taxi and Uber service in area was terrible.

The floor in front of the AC unit was wet and when bags was set on floor it soaked up the water and clothes go wet.

Location was great ! Enjoyed walking out on the boat dock. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly , nice and truly seemed to enjoy talking to us. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet hotel. Everything was clean. Loved our stay.
