The staff was nice and the rooms were well kept

The breakfast was not good. The waffle was stale. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower was very dirty and needed to be deep cleaned

Fair price, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. We will stay here again.

Minor issue of being a little farther away from the purpose of our stay, but not a problem.

With the exception of one woman who seemed like everything was an inconvenience, the staff was exceptional, Ms. Cynthia that works the morning breakfast shift was a true pleasure and joy to talk to and deal with in the mornings as well as the rest of the morning shift

There is a woman that works the afternoon/ evening shift ( not sure which one applies ) every time I spoke to her or asked her for anything what so ever it seemed like an inconvenience to her ( the hospitality industry definitely does not suit her, I can speak honestly about this- I've been working in Property Mgmt for 15 yrs)

The shower gets hot fast and there's plenty of pressure. The room and beds were clean and smelled fresh. Plenty of towels. Good breakfast.

The smoke detector was chirping, so I pulled the battery. I replaced the battery in the morning and told staff and housekeeping at checkout. The shampoo and body wash refills were not installed right and would not pump. I popped them open and corrected the issue and they were ok. Not a big deal to us.

The lady managing the dining area for breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Location was convenient to shops and walking distance to restaurants. There is parking on site at a fee. We were playing golf at True Blue and the location was excellent.

The breakfast was fairly basic and they were out of yoghurt which left little choice unless you wanted waffles or long life pasteries. I also didn't like the staff dishing their breakfast between us.

Most of the staff members were very friendly and cordial. Housekeeping didn't really check on us and see if we needed anything (fresh towels, soap, TP, tissues, coffee, etc.) which is good and bad. Very comfortable bed.

Seemed that they provided minimal amount of things for room - fresh towels, soap, TP, tissues, coffee, etc. BUT, it was enough.

The location was great as my daughter and grandchildren ( my reason for coming to Pawleys Island) were only a couple of miles away!

I had some difficulty with the soda vending machine . It wouldn’t take my card so I tried it a few times until I finally got a drink. I then looked at my bank statement, and I had been charged $10. However, within 24hours, the charge had been removed from my card.

Everyone was very friendly wow I was trying to change reservation days and stuff. The receptionist Rebecca was very helpful and patient with me outstanding customer service Rebecca.

I liked everything about the property family friendly food was good staffed at set. The food up was excellent. The ladies were on their job. Doing a very great job to make sure they restocked and replenish food service workers excellent.

Everything was very clean. All of the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. The location was great! Convenient to everything you need. Pool was clean!

The beds were not as comfy as we’d hoped. You could feel the springs when you sat or laid on the beds. The pool area could’ve been a little cleaner. The table top was hanging off of the table and the pool towels were empty.

Once in the bed, it was very comfortable. For breakfast, the eggs, sausage, and (my wife's favorite) French Toast Sticks were very good. The breakfast area attendant was great.

The bed is quite high and my wife had a hard time getting into it. Once I fixed my coffee with 1/2+1/2 and sugar, it tasted like 1/2+1/2 and sugar - no discernable coffee taste. The orange juice was quite watery as well.
