We stayed in the Bridgewater oceanfront building. We LOVED the outdoor amenities, the lazy river, pool, updated deck to walk onto beach. Loved that there was a Starbucks on site. Loved the covered parking and ease to elevators. Love the gated security. I felt very safe. Property was clean inside and well manicured outside.

It was our first time on the property, I would have liked to have been more aware of the restaurant, menu, hours, ice cream shop, and any other amenities I may have had access to. I feel like there were things I didn’t know. We received a basic grounds map to orienate ourselves, but maybe a more in-depth pamphlet or specific resort information about the restaurants and amenities inside my room would have been a plus.

Staff were very helpful with any & all requests!

Didn't appreciate the vacation home rental being swapped to a condo unit (supposedly of equal rental value), literally at the last moment delaying my 4pm check-in to about 445pm. They explained how busy things had been & last minute Notice given from property owners, ok understood. Then the room wasn't actually ready, 2 things were not working properly. But I did appreciate the condo location & maintenance guys prompt response to fixing the rooms issues.

The Litchfield complex is a great place for a vacation. Great beach access, great amenities, wonderful staff.

The pool had many parts not operational. The room itself is in need of updates. There were several pieces of broken furniture, including all of the outdoor furniture for balcony use, stains throughout and overall cleanliness felt lacking. Some level of that can be expected at a beach location, but this felt excessive for the price of the room.

It's a little bit of a maze to get to the building from the front gates. It took quite a few drives into the resort to figure it out, but once you get there, it's amazing. The facilities and grounds are immaculate and inviting. We had a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo, and the view is amazing. Full view of pool, lazy river, and ocean. Will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

I loved the close proximity to everything, the space as the room was very comfortable and accommodating. The patio was also created to have a nice ambiance.

The toilet in the master bedroom would stop flushing maintenance was fixing it upon our arrival but I had to call them again. The maintenance guy was very nice and showed me what to do but I literally had to lift the top of the toilet and press the grey part down in order for the toilet to flush.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen had exactly what we needed for dishes and cookware.

The balcony door had no lock. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The paint and plaster was chunked off in several places along the floor boards and wall. There were also several knobs missing from the entertainment center. I was surprised to see a room so uncared for. This was not your norm.

The property was beautiful - pool area was lovely and the breakfast bar was well stocked.

The condo was very hastily cleaned. The beds were made with fresh linens but done sloppily as of the staff was in a huge hurry. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean and the floors were swept, but the doors and front of dishwasher were dirty. Also, the vinyl tile throughout looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in months. The day we arrived, my socks were really dirty from walking on the floor without my shoes on.

Room was great - larger than we expected. Beach was perfect!

We were a bit confused about where to find our room, and how to get to the beach. This was mostly due to the size of the facility, with multiple hotels, condos, etc. It seemed the receptionist at check-in assumed we knew more than we did, and the written material we were given did little to explain the setup. We were given a map, and that, of course, helped. One more thing, the elevator was tempermental -- in one instance a buzzer sounded, the door stuck open about 6", and it didn't move--for about one minute--then it worked OK.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom golf villas for our vacation, it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with, only needed to buy the food. A Food Lion was conveniently located across the street to buy all our groceries and essentials. The villa and resort grounds were very clean and the pool was within walking distance of our culdesac. Upon request, they allowed us to checkin 2 hrs early and checkout 1 hour later than normal hours, and the staff was great!

Upon arrival to the resort, a roofing company was replacing the roof on the villa we were staying in. They were there for 2 days of our stay, it would have been nice for the resort to inform us prior to finalizing the booking but nothing was ever said nor money taken off. Also, the bathroom fans were very loud and probably need to be replaced.

The resort is a gorgeous place to stay with several facilities that are great for families.

I booked a one bedroom apt thinking I would be staying in the same facility as my last stay. We ended up staying in the building across from my last visit which wasn’t nearly as big or as nice but we made due. While the housekeeping Dept did come to our room daily and give us fresh towels, they don’t sweep the floors in the room. There was a broom in the closet that we could use however no one wants to clean on their vacation.
