The staff were amazing and attentive. Check in and check out was both easy and very informative. I was met with a smile and a perfect attitude. Facilities are fantastic. The pool and pool area super clean and all areas well maintained. There's areas for entertainment such as games like pool and corn hole etc. There's a jacuzzi. The rooms are huuuuuuuge!!!!!! Like a home from home. A little dated in decor but it really does not matter. Has everything you need. The location is perfect and the value for money is an absolute steal. You will not regret booking here. Highly recommend. When we come back to visit family... this will be our base for some time

Nothing not to like

Clean and comfy. Loved being able to grill. Pool and hot tub were nice.

The WiFi was terrible. When I called the front desk about it, I was given the phone number to call the internet provider. I spent an hour on the phone with the provider to be told that the box just needed to be reset. When I called the desk back I was told that the guests do not have access to the box. I basically got nowhere. And I don’t feel like I should have had to spend my vacation time on the phone. It was frustrating to have to use my phone as a hot spot for the whole time.

this is a stunning property with tons of natural beauty, like big old-growth trees, water features, and lovely grounds. It is wonderful that the resort is so eco-conscious, with solar panels and other green investments. the pool is incredibly beautiful. our room was huge and comfortable and well-equipped. we loved all the windows in every room, the giant primary bath, the screened porch and the in-room laundry! the staff was friendly and helpful, parking is easy, and wifi was excellent.

the rooms could use updating. some of the facilities, like the putt-putt course, are in serious need of upkeep. we had some problems with the lock on our door but it was fixed immediately.

This is a great little property! The villas are dated inside but quite clean and that matters more to me. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that they provided extra bedding (like a light comforter) and pool towels. The grounds of the resort are quite picturesque and it's a relaxing area. The pool was a little chilly but it's nice and had a decent number of loungers. Lots of space in the villa. Having laundry is awesome. Good location. You're about 7 min from the beach. Close to St.Augustine - totally recommend you go.

Minor things: - The wall cleanliness could be improved in high traffic areas. - Would love 2 twin beds in the second bedroom instead of a Queen for families travelling with kids and teens.

This is my second stay at Legacy. My teens and I love the pool and activitiy room. Rhe pool was sparkling clean. The little nooks around the grounds for relaxing are very cute, and the gym was an added little bonus. The rooms are very spacious and come with necessities to get your stay started off right.

The floors felt clean, but our feet were nearly black after walking around for just an hour or so. The bed in our units primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (and I am the person who can sleep comfortably almost anywhere). We were sad that the waterfall feature was not working at the pool. The hottub was similar temperature to the pool and did not look very clean. The stairs outside of our unit had one uneven step, which did cause each of us to wipe out on the way up at one point or another.

These rooms are so nice and spacious. There is a full kitchen including a fridge with an ice maker. There is a small washer and dryer. The back porch is bug screened and offered a beautiful view. The pool is salt water and very clean. While the sink water tasted fine, there are bottled water stations available.

There are no convenient restaurants, however, with the full kitchen one trip to the grocery store, and you are set. I wish the gym was a little bigger.

The first floor apartments need an elevator. When you are travelling with big heavy cases it makes it hard work when you have to carry them up two flights of stairs. On arrival we asked for help as no ground floor apartments were available and they sent two men straight away, much appreciated. The drier for the laundry was also broken and as soon as wee reported it they sent maintenance round and the machine was changed the following morning. Really good attentive service.

Our first time checking into a Legacy Vacation Resort was a delightful experience at the Palm Coast location. Samantha assisted me in checking in and she made it such a pleasure. Legacy Vacation Resorts' amenities, including the front desk office, conveniently close around 11 PM. We didn't get to use all of the amenities during our stay, but we loved the in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen fully stocked with all your needs. I also liked the little note outlining easy directions with Palm Coast's nearby wonderful beach/shopping centers. It felt like a great place to book a long vacation - good thing we'll definitely be staying here again!

I didn't like seeing piles of gray dusts when I plugged my phone charger into the wall behind one of the nightstands.

The rooms are a great size and quiet. It was more updated than the online pictures. The oversize balcony had a beautiful view of the pond. Plenty of cable channels and the wifi was okay. We.booked for 2 but was given additional bracelets in case our family was able to join. We had a Late flight and they were able to give us a late check out. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and pots. The appliances were extremely clean. Lots amenities.

The windows were dirty. The shower had a funky smell. The light outside the master bedroom is extremely bright. They have blinds on the door but should consider curtains

OMG, where do I start. The whole Villa was absolutely outstanding, over the top. The pool was ginormous, which we used every day. My husband and I would definitely highly recommend your property. The cost of staying there was more than affordable. It was about $125.00 a night. Don’t know if it was that because we were there off season.

What I didn’t like about the property, we had to leave!!! We were only there for four nights.
