Excellent breakfast nice pastries good preserves for the toasts . Nice dining area for breakfast with you to the water. The rooms are very interesting they're all different but they have an oriental kind of eclectic flair with beautiful tiles travertine in the bathroom and the floor area is similar to that and keyless entry the front and the rule so no key programming anymore ‼️ One more thing I forgot to mention is I had a Jacuzzi tub in my room which was really nice! The shower in that room was handheld so that's the only difference basically between the other rooms which have a walk-in shower but they're all different and design!

Well the TV is the only thing that's kind of doesn't have the regular programming or you have to look around for it and it's kind of confusing at times to say the least. But if you have any accounts whatever they are you can log on to them from the set for the most common ones. They have a Roku system installed.

This hotel was very different from most. It is very neat and well decorated. Great showers, very comfortable beds.

Front desk staff not helpful at all. Breakfast , on this visit no coffee available as advertised. The food options were subpar and the Lady handling the breakfast was not friendly or helpful to any of the guests.

The location was perfect. It was on the intracoastal waterway and close to spyglass beach access.

The breakfast was disappointing. We saw chafing dishes in the afternoon when we arrived and assumed there would be hot food the next morning (eggs, potatoes, bacon) but we were met with hard boiled eggs, cereal, bread and cheese slices. We ended up going to a diner down A1A, and spending money we hadn’t planned on.

We very much liked the breakfast offerings ... and especially liked that the food was available later than at most places ... really up until noon when staff cleared it away. This allowed people to show up in a relaxed way, with no time pressure - perfectly suited to a vacation.

I have only one gripe : the room was freezing, and I was unable to warm it up - one needs a code or password to change the thermostat. One can change the temperature desired, but the AC continues to run whether you want it to or not. After 2 days, the temp reached 71. I wanted 77 immediately. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn't control the temperature.

B&B feel with all the amenities of a small hotel. The staff is very helpful (when needed), but they take a hands off approach, which was exactly what my wife and I wanted.

Breakfast was fine, but not great. It wasn't crowded during our stay, but there are very few parking spots on property and could be a problem on busier weekends.

Loved the location and it was super clean.

My stay was fantastic, but just a light-hearted warning: the walls are more 'social' than you might expect. Prepare yourself for some unsolicited audio adventures, as you could be treated to the enthusiastic soundtrack of other guests' nighttime activities. Let's just say, it's a live performance you didn't know you had tickets for! LOL.

Excellent location. It had a nice view with a pier. Beautiful building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Impressed with the space and pool.

Very Pretty & Vintage Hotel. Had very nice ambience. Virtual Teller was Very Nice and spoke softly. Now that I stayed here for the first time. Next time I would definitely request room #4.

Paid for a King Suit but received a tight room. Was expecting a nice large room for $650 for 2 nights. It did put a slight damper on my wife & I special Birthday get away. The jacuzzi tub didn't drain right and spilled out dirt debris. Was grossed out by that being that to take a shower you had to stand in the jacuzzi tub. I wish I would have had this knowledge prior to our stay. I would have requested a Walk in shower preferably room 4 would have been perfect. Room 5 needs some maintenance in the bathroom.

This is a unique hotel, clean and spacious (not a suite tho it was labeled as one) There are indications that it is Chinese owned (decor, signage at the desk) I’d Give everything a ten if it were better sound proofed. We heard an awful lot of put neighbor’s activities. Breakfast is done by a Puerto Rican bakery. An excellent ham cheese and egg bake along with various pastries, good, strong coffee, yogurt, juices and milk, served on real plates and flatware. The view from our west facing room was of the Matanzas river. beautiful.

Noisy because of little soundproofing; we did use the bathroom fan to drown out noise to sleep.

The property is beautiful. The design and decoration is different from all other hotels in the area. It was very clean, smelled amazing. Even though there is no receptionist, they would answer quickly. The beach is just across from the hotel, but there is no public entrance. We walked more than 30 minutes to find a public access. If you go by car, it’s just 3 minutes, but we didn’t know! The historic area of St Augustin (where you also find lots of restaurants) is around 20 minutes.

We woke up very early on Sunday because they had started cleaning outside the room. Vacuuming, dropping objects… When we were having breakfast outside, we had to go back inside because they were mowing the yard right next to us and that was too much noise already for a Sunday morning. Everything else, was perfect!
