It was just a short walk over the bridge to Saint George Street. The hotel was bright, modern and clean. The bedrooms were large and every convenience with fridge and coffeemaker. The beds were comfortable.Shuttle available to go downtown. Parking was easy.

We had a few issues with the front desk. Gave us keys to an occupied room first and then told us wrong pricing of the the shuttle to downtown. The breakfast was a choice of 4 hot items, no menus available. No cereal or yogurts. Coffee was in take away cups. Not a good breakfast.

The location was quite close, probably about a ten minute walk to cross the bridge and get to where the historic district is. There are also some cute spots nearby like a craft beer and grilled cheese arcade. The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly.

The tv was weird, between not having a remote and suppose to use your phone instead, but then also when trying to turn the tv off it just kept turning back on? Ended up unplugging it. Also the shower situation was interesting, there’s like a glass swinging door as the curtain. Really nothing serious to complain about!

This hotel was super cute! Had everything we needed for an overnight stay and the staff was friendly.

The sheets had a weird feel to them like they would stick to your skin a little and the temperature was difficult to maintain in the room.

Overall a very clean, and pleasant looking hotel. The bar is well placed with good aesthetics. The king bed was supremely comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, and kind. The Pool area was very relaxing and well maintained.

The Voco website says they serve dinner after 5, but I was told they only serve breakfast. Also it's beer, and wine only. I thought I read about cocktails, and dinner on their website, but maybe I interpreted something wrong, or July is out of season for that service. And my room was next to a pub that was kinda loud at night. I was hammered so I fell asleep easy, but some people might need earplugs.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast they offered, but we enjoyed having coffee in the lobby to plan our day and check our emails in the mornings. All the staff members were personable. Our room was very comfortable and suited our needs. The fitness center was great. We walk a lot when we travel and found this to be a great location for us! We walked across the bridge to the old town area to sight see and have dinner, but we also enjoyed a few of the bars in the local area by the hotel for drinks after dinner. We will definitely take advantage of the pool area on a return trip. We were overall very pleased and would stay there again!

I like how close and clean the property was. My wife and I only spent a night in St Augustine and this hotel made it worth it🙂. Staff was friendly and lady at check in was able to make a great accommodation for me when I had a little hiccup checking in.

My only complaint about the property was the odd design of half a shower door. It cause water to splash onto the floor and a gap to under the door allowed for more water to escape from the shower. I had to place a towel under the gap but even then water was able to pour out onto the ground. I think that needs to be fixed but besides that the hotel was great😅.

All the staff we interacted with, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answered all questions we had. The room was perfect. The shower was awesome! The location was perfect for us. Very close to downtown and lots of things to do.

Unfortunately, we lost power due to a storm. Not the hotel's fault. However, that left us with no power, no air conditioning, no wifi, and no TV. But staff was still available and very responsive to our questions.

The breakfast was delicious!

What really bothered us was the fact that, unfortunately, there were guests who were smoking marijuana inside the room, and the hallway where we were staying was filled with the bad smell. No staff member came to notify them since the establishment is non-smoking. Several times, we went out to access the terrace and occasionally came across these guests in the hallway at one of those times, but there was no staff member at any time.

The location is a 10-minute walk over the Bridge of Lions into downtown St. Augustine. The property is clean and comfortable. There really is no "lobby". The registration, bar, and restaurant are all on the same floor (1st floor) above the garage parking.

Unfortunately, we were not advised the restaurant was undergoing renovations, so we could not have our company Christmas dinner, as we planned. It was closed the night we arrived, which was also the only night we stayed in town.

The customer service was great. I am planning on staying there again. I loved the area, the staff made me and my wife very comfortable.

When I booked the hotel with booking. com. I received a text from booking. com, that something went wrong. and my motel fee Will be refunded. So i called Voco Hotel and Made a reservation. Then I received a Email telling me my reservation was confirmed. When i arrived at Voco Hotel I had two reserve confimation, so I had to cancel one of the resovation. .
